Du kommer att kunna göra 4 av de mest fantastiska aktiviteterna med det speciella att du befinner dig i den djupa mexikanska djungeln. ATV:ns spår är en av favoritaktiviteterna för resenärerna. Korsa den gropiga vägen om du har tur och du har en regnig dag kommer vägen att bli en lerväg. Flyg över djungeln och känn adrenalinet flöda i dig med zip line-banan. Du kommer att kunna utforska denna fantastiska plats på ett unikt sätt. Upplev djungeln på ett annat sätt med vår familj av hästar som bor hos oss, de tar dig runt på olika sätt som vi har för att utforska platsen. Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Om ditt hotell inte är listat betyder det att du måste gå till en speciell mötesplats, vänligen meddela oss på vilket hotell du ska bo så att en representant för vårt företag kan kontakta dig för att ange mötesplats och hämtningstid. Denna tjänst har två olika scheman, den första är för en morgontur och upphämtning sker på: CANCUN OCH PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE mellan 8:00 och 8:30, TULUM ZONE mellan 7:00 och 8:00. Vi kommer att anlända till parken kl 9:30. Den andra är för en middagstur och upphämtning sker på: CANCUN OCH PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE mellan 12:00 och 12:30, TULUM ZONE mellan 11:00 och 12:00. Vi kommer till parken kl 13:30. Tidtabellerna varierar beroende på hotellet, vår representant kommer att ange den exakta hämtningstiden via mail eller via sms. För Tulums hotell och airbnbs kommer den speciella mötesplatsen att vara Super Aki Tulum Supermarket i centrum. Tänk på transporttider för din hämtning och avlämning.

The over all experience was great! The staff were friendly, the activities were varied and fun and the pictures were well done (if a little expensive). The cenote was especially lovely and our guide Javier was funny and knew what he was doing! There are a couple of small notes: 1. Bring your own water. Not much is available during the tour and it can get hot. 2. Make sure you don't mix your pick up time and event start time.
This is my second time doing the excursion and it’s such a positive experience for me. Whenever I’m horseback riding, I just feel so at peace and it’s one of the few places that I feel that in the world the first time I had no complaints, but the second time I did notice some of the staff being rude to one specific person but that might’ve just been a situation. I didn’t know anything about. Everyone was extremely nice to me. I definitely would recommend and go out for the third time if I ever am back in area

It was great! Everything was on time and well organized. It was an easy way to experience a lot of different activities. The only complaint I have is the $10 charge for a locker. It really should be included in the price. The photographer is a great touch. He got photos I'd never have captured.
Had a great time on the boat and the atv bikes were adventurous . The food was drinks were great . I enjoyed everything and the people on the tours were very nice and fun .
This excursion was the best part of our couples trip! Our guide, Henry, made this a very memorable experience. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout our excursion. The horses were very well trained and knew exactly what to do without much effort. The cherry on top was the taco meal accompanied by the Mayan fire performance! I would definitely highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Great tour i just would not recommend buying any of the Tequila it did not seem like it was the same once we got home it’s wrapped in package for you and not in front of us and it didn’t look the same once we got home and opened it up. I have not tasted it but honestly, I’m afraid to taste it, we paid $65 a bottle outside of that all the ATV horseback riding all that was wonderful

When I had best time in my life Henry was our tour guide he was great and awesome Alex took all our pics the were great the experience was great the service was amazing I had a awesome time it was 10/10

Unfortunately, the driver of the transportation van from another Viator tour pick my wife up at the Secrets Resort in Tulum. Both the bell man and the driver confirmed this was our ride. I said my name and the driver indicated yes this was our ride. We rode for over 1 hour past Playa Del Carmen to only find out we were on the wrong shuttle. This driver gets an F for failure to communicate even though my wife is fluent in Spanish. Once we discovered the issue the driver dropped us off in Playa Del Carmen where we paid a Taxi driver over $50 to take us back to the hotel in Tulum. Our driver evidently showed up after 8:00 am for a 7:45 pickup. He didn't report that we failed to show until after he left the resort. Just a big mess and from now on we will confirm that are name is on the paperwork the driver has. We did this on the shuttle ride to the airport yesterday and the driver thought we were crazy that we asked to see our name. When I called Viator to tell our story, they placed me on hold and contacted the travel company. They told them we didn't show up and therefore we forfeited our $250.00. I asked for a supervisor and was on hold about 1 minute and they disconnected my call. Needless to say, we spent over $300 including the taxi ride to waste over 3 hours of our vacation time. We used Viator in Greece last year for several excursions and everything was great. I guess when traveling to Mexico the excursion companies are not as accommodating. Unfortunately, the driver for the other tour company was the main problem, but Coba Tulum Experience should have understood the situation and at least provided a partial refund. it was doubtful any of the activities would have taken place given the rain all day. an Viator should also been more help. Horrible Experience.

Beware - We were staying at the Secrets Resort in Akumal Mexico. We booked the tour through viator. We were waiting at the resort at 7:35 am for a scheduled 7:45 pickup. A van driver pulled up and the bell man indicated this should be our ride. The driver said a name that started with a D and I said my name DeWitt and he gave me an affirmative nod. My wife that is fluent in Spanish asked the same thing but he really didn’t give a reply. We jumped on the van and rode for over an hour only to find out as we arrived at a location for another tour company that we were on the wrong van. Based on security at Secrets our driver was late and arrived after 8 am. We ended up being dropped off at Playa del Carmen and had to pay $50 taxi ride to get back to our resort. When we called Viator they contacted the Coba Tulum Experience tour company and they said no refund because we were not at the location when their driver arrived late. Of course we were not there, we were on the wrong van for another Viator excursion. Just pathetic customer service by Viator and both tour groups…Steve DeWitt
