Aten: Privat vandringstur med guide (privat rundtur)

Carmela gave us an excellent orientation of Athens with lots of information and took us to places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

George gave good information, but was he difficult to hear because he has a quiet voice- would have been much better if there were some type of earpiece i utilized. We seemed to walk long distances to get from one spot to the next: at those locations information was given, but in between there was simply walking.

Took our list of sites we hoped to visit and provided a great tour that was a circular route from our hotel . Very informative Yanis was great !

Fantastic experience! George, our guide, reached out before hand to learn what we wanted to see and experience. He did not simply show us what he thought we would like to do. George arrived on time and ready to go. He was very personable, easy to understand and knowledgeable. We walked at an easy pace learning both ancient and recent history facts. George helped us find local establishments for the food we wanted to try. He kept us on schedule to make sure we were able to see 99% of what was on our list, including the changing of the Guard. He even added spots we would have never thought of seeing. I would 100% book another tour with George through Viator. Victor was so easy to work with. We had to change our plans multiple times up to 2 days before our trip. Our contact was helpful and understanding. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ira is an outstanding guide! She's knowledgeable, flexible, interested and interesting. She asked our interests, what we wanted to see and accommodated us. Couldn't have had a better guide. The guide Nikos is very friendly and knows his story well. A little slow. And something that had trouble getting through when we had already paid 180 euros for 4 hours for 2 people, we had to pay 50 euros more for its entrances on top of ours!

One of the most beautiful experiences you have to live then on foot with Georges between history and humor the 4 hours it passes quickly. Thank you Georges you were exceptional.

My guide Ira tailored the walk to my interests and took me to some out of the way spots for photos and history, It was a great tour and I can highly recommend it.

Our guide ‘Bernie’ was great , set us at a great pace and very knowledgeable in Greece history. Very long and hard climb . ( we are 6o and not in great shape !)

My personal tour with Eugenia was lovely. She tailored it to my preferences, which was to get an off the beaten path view of Athens. We visited many historical sites, toured vibrant shopping areas, even grabbed some traditional cheese pie. She was super knowledgeable about Greek history and ties it to many of the modern day elements as we toured. Can’t believe we covered so much in two hours!
