För upphämtning från AirPort kommer han att vänta på dig i ankomsthallen, precis när du går av, med en suck med ditt namn på för att upptäcka honom vid ankomst. Vi kommer att övervaka ditt flyg och vår chaufför kommer i tid. När du hämtar hamn kommer han att vänta på dig vid grinden, precis när du går av och håller en suck med ditt namn på, ser honom vid ankomsten.

Driver showed up on time. He wanted us to meet him on the street instead of hotel lobby, I rejected that and he met us in the hotel.

Regarding the pickup location, your hotel is situated on a very narrow pedestrian street where stopping or leaving a vehicle unattended is unfortunately not permitted due to local traffic regulations. For this reason, our driver kindly asked if you could meet him at the nearest point where the vehicle could safely stop for a few moments. However, as soon as you expressed your preference to be picked up directly at the hotel, he was happy to accommodate your request. Our priority is always to provide the best possible service while respecting local traffic regulations and ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

The driver confirmed pick up time and actually showed up 5 minutes early as we were walking out of the hotel so no waiting. He was very courteous and the drive was very smooth. Arrived at ship early.

Due to traffic, the driver was 40 minutes late, but Tripadvisor kept me updated, and the driver was extremely apologetic when he did finally arrive. Getting around in Athens can be daunting and a little scary. Our driver was fabulous though.
Our driver, Panos, was an excellent driver. He met us at our hotel and dropped us off at the cruise port in Piraeus on time. He was friendly and I enjoyed our conversation about what to eat and experience at the different Greek and Turkish ports. Thank you, Panos!
