Din guidefotograf tar dig med på utsiktsplatser och förmedlar dig på enkla resor och tricks för att fånga bilder som påverkar. En fototur anpassad efter dina intressen och färdigheter och inte en copy paste-upplevelse. Öppen för alla nivåer – Alla typer av utrustning är lämpliga 4-timmars fotorundturer Njut av din fototur i ett privat läge, med dina vänner eller familj. Föreslagna fotorutter: 1) Atens historiska centrum med kvarteren runt Akropolis och 2) Down Town Aten (de konstnärliga stadsdelarna Psyri & Keramikos)

De gamla stadsdelarna runt Akropolis Njut av en omtänksam fotokonst på kvarteren runt Akropolis. Under dina promenader till de pittoreska gränderna Plaka och vidare, kommer alla utsiktsbildningspunkter att avslöjas för dig genom en utarbetad väg som inte saknar de hemliga pärlorna i varje stadsdel. Vid mötet med fotografen får du några preliminära instruktioner enligt dina färdighetsnivåer Rutt: En fotvandring runt Akropolis; Plaka, Thiseio och Dionysiou Areopagitou street. Vår fotvandring går genom det historiska området Plaka där du lär dig att navigera i din omgivning, arbeta med ljus, färg, bakgrund, influenser och utmaningar på platsen; Neoklassiska herrgårdar och takkakor, små slingrande gränder, pittoreska trappor, balkonger som blommar med bougainvillaea och en spännande mosaik av människor. De vitkalkade husen i den mer avslappnade Anafyotika och dess ön är en av de inte-att-vara-missade fotoplatser i området. Att nå den modernare Thiseio och den gågata Dionysiou Areopagitou-gatan som beundrar husen och Akropolis som står majestät ovanför dig, skulle ha tränat ditt öga för att fånga bilder som påverkar! Några spektakulära vyer till Parthenons storhet väntar på att fotograferas från opossiten till Akropolis, Philopappos kulle. Platsen är perfekt för dig att lära dig hur du tar starkare landskapsskott med hjälp av kamerans inställningar mer effektivt. En alternativ väg är Down Town med kvarteren Psiri och Keramikos. Dokumentera det livliga och artiga livet i Psiri och den bohemiska en av de närliggande Keramikosna. Under proffs ledning lär du dig mer än att bara ta bilder, hur du kan expandera din förmåga att välja övertygande ämnen och skildra dem på mer meningsfulla sätt. My photo tour of Athens with Socrates was a highlight of my trip to Greece! As a photographer I love capturing images of the places and people I encounter while abroad. Like Socrates, I have a particular interest in documentary photography and loved having the opportunity to hear his thoughts and advice regarding how I could capture such candid images. He took me to colorful and interesting parts of the city that reflected my interests which I had shared with him. It was a very unique, personalized, and encouraging experience. I felt so lucky to get to take photographs alongside such an experienced and talented photographer. He was very respectful and worked hard to meet my requests. It was an important workshop, and one thing is certain—I gained more inspiration than I expected regarding urban photography. Since I already had some experience with photography, we didn’t waste time on technical details and went straight to the part about perceiving the urban landscape and the subjects I wanted to photograph. Socrates Baltagiannis, freelance photojournalist, was our guide/instructor for this photo walk. He led us through the historic neighborhoods below the Acropolis. Before our arrival,Socrates asked about my specific interests, experience levels and any specific areas of instruction in which I was interested. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I asked for help with composition and exposure, especially in architectural and landscape photography. He offered great suggestions and advice that helped me improve my skills. In addition to the photography aspects of our tour, we had interesting conversations about a wide range of topics. His English skills are excellent and I know he also speaks other languages. I highly recommend this experience!

Had an amazing day with Socrates. Not only did he adjust my photography technique to get the best street photography shots, but, even more, shared some of his favorite 'people places' to experience Athens from a local's perspective. His professional pointers on colors, angles, people and framing are priceless. Was able to continue shooting the rest of the day. And having him explain more history and culture was bonus.
