Ditt äventyr börjar ljust och tidigt klockan 08:45, när du går ombord på det skenbara grekiska segelfartyget. Om du känner dig äventyrlig är det ett bra alternativ att hyra en cykel för att utforska ön. Agkistri är en liten ö, så det är lätt att ta sig runt och se allt på väldigt kort tid. Medan du är här, glöm inte att bläddra i de lokala souvenirbutikerna efter unika prydnadssaker och minnen att ta med dig hem. När den och en halv timmen går mot sitt slut, går vi tillbaka till båten och fortsätter till vår nästa destination. Vår slutdestination på denna heldagskryssning är Aegina, även känd som pistaschön. Det arkeologiska museet i Aegina är definitivt värt ett besök för den som är intresserad av antik historia. Upphämtningar börjar från 07:00 och framåt, beroende på vald plats. Du kommer att få exakt upphämtningstid en dag före din kryssning. Observera att du kan bli ombedd att gå till en närliggande upphämtningsplats (max 5-10 minuter bort) för att minimera risken att stöta på trafik och försena vår ankomst till båten. Vänligen anländ minst 5 minuter tidigare till anvisad upphämtningsplats, eftersom våra chaufförer inte kan vänta på sena ankomster.

Everything was lovely, lovely, lovely. The food, the guide, the stops, the electric bike tour, the island of 1000 ways to use pistachios. Anya the tour guide, the chef and his delicious lunch, the captain, and the crew! We were treated like royalty until I had to be transferred back to my hotel. I was told pick up spot about 400m from the hotel, under a walkway under the busy street. Check met the van. In a text I was told that I would be dropped off at my hotel. At the end of the day, I noticed the family I got on the van with were getting off. I did not recognize the stop but asked. The driver did not respond, the girl sitting behind him tapped him on the shoulder to ask should I get off,no response. So I stayed on the van. A gentleman and his 20 something daughter asked me where was I getting off and I said the Grand Hyatt. He told me that we had passed it. He told the driver that I was still on and needed the Grand Hyatt.No response.The father looked at me before exiting and said, "I hope you are going to. E okay" before he got off. The driver pulled away and about 50 yards toward the end of the street and told me, a single female, not from Greece tonget off!. He said, "no more stops"and opened the door and said that I needed to get off. I was terrified but had enough common sense to say, "no." He kept saying get off. I told him that I had no clue where I was, did not speak Greek, and I was scared to.get off. I told him that I was told that they would drop me off at the hotel, furthermore I had asked.earlier if that was my stop and he never responded..He told me that he was calling the office.I reiterated the same story and he said that I never received a text or email saying they wpuld drop me off at the hotel. I have the text. He said I should have gotten off earlier at my stop. Once again I never saw hot dog stand when he put the other family with me earlier. I stressed my anxiety about getting off without a clue where I was by myself. So finally they relented and dropped me off at the hot dog stand about 20 to 30 minutes by car. The person who texted me my confirmation received the text from me and she called me. She was worried about me and that I may be lost. She indicated that they should have never told me to get out and that she would call the van service to discuss..she was understanding and caring, she understood hiw frightening it could be to be dropped off in a city that you do not know..i could only tell her the Landmark of a big fountain in a round about. I appreciate her concern and her worry that I needed to get back to the hotel safely. I believe there may have been a language barrier and as I was asking he did not understand, but that is no excuse for attempting to put a solo female traveler out of the van in an unknown location and to be told to "get out" was devastating.

However, we completely understand that misunderstandings can occur, especially as some of our drop-off points are located on the opposite side of the road from where guests may expect them to be. We appreciate that, when you are in an unfamiliar city, this can be unsettling. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the driver's attitude and the way the situation was handled. We agree that no guest should feel distressed during their transfer, and we are sorry that this was your experience. We believe that the language barrier unfortunately created tension and made communication more difficult for both sides. This is also the reason why the driver returned to the same drop-off point as your morning pick-up location, as he was trying to avoid causing any further confusion regarding your destination. We are grateful that you reached out to our office during the incident and that our team was able to assist you. Your safety and comfort are always our highest priorities, and we take feedback such as yours very seriously. We will use it as an opportunity to further improve our communication procedures with both our guests and our transfer partners.
