We had an amazing awesome photoshoot. A lifetime experience we will never forget. Of course is Santorini so beautiful and made the photoshoot exremely impressive. The photographer and his assistent (for the dress) where professionals and made our photoshoot a warm welcome. The communication before, during and after the photoshoot was correct. We did so many photoshoots around the world and this experience fulfilled our (and of course my) dreams. After seeing the photos I am so aware of the magical experience (literally) on top of Santorini. Thank you guys, thank you so much. Love for y'all. J and R

It was the most horrible experience I ever had. My trip to AThens Greece was based around me having this photo shoot. Well during my travels on June 14th 2024. I experienced delays due to too much airtraffic my flights were delayed. I was traveling from Jacksonville Fl to Greece, via stop on Newark, Frankfort then finally Greece. My scheduled photo shoot was for June 15th 2024 at 7pm. As soon as I saw it might be possibility I was not make my photo shoot I began communicating with Viator 's representative. Email back and forth to no avail. I cried I so disappointed that you would not work with. I tried to rescedule for Sunday June 16th at 8m. But the continued delays would not get me there in time. I had a cruise that left at 6pm. And to return the following Sunday June 23rd, 2024. I tried to reschedule for that day. I was denies reschedule and lost my money that I paid. This one experience especially at the beginning of my trip was horrible disappointing. I will not recommend to anyone I know to use Viator anywhere they travel.
