- De elektriska cyklarna tar allt det hårda arbetet ut ur din åktur. Vi har rutinmässigt ryttare som spänner över ålder och fitness. Huvudkravet är att du ska vara samordnad och tillräckligt passande för att balansera en 55-pund cykel. En träning och övning ges i början av varje turné. För människor som vill gå på turnén men inte kan balansera en cykel, är det möjligt att ordna en tur på baksidan av en av våra sträckta lastcyklar som kommer att drivas av en annan person i din fest.
- Lagligen måste du vara 16 år eller äldre för att driva en elektrisk cykel. Guider förbehåller sig rätten att begära bevis på ålders ålder. Ryttare bör också vara minst 5 meter långa för att driva egen cykel. Gäster som är yngre än 16 kan åka som passagerare med en vuxen i sin grupp på baksidan av en lastcykel eller på barnstol (för barn i åldrarna 1-6 eller upp till 48,5 pund).
- Resor är föremål för gynnsamma väderförhållanden. Om det är ljust regn i prognosen men ingen i början av turen, bestämmer vi tillsammans vid tidpunkten för turen om du vill åka. Such a great way to see Asheville! We had a beautiful sunny day and got to cover a lot of ground. The places the tour took us to we didn’t have on our agenda, so I’m really glad we did this tour and got to learn more about the city.
Trip had to be cancelled due to torrential rain but Torin kindly drove me to the hop on bus tour instead and on the way showed me some of the places we would have seen and gave me excellent insights into Ashevilles history. So impressed by his kindness. Money refunded same day no hassle.

We really enjoyed the tour as we had never been to Ashville. We stopped at a mall and hotel that were both super cool. Josh was a great guide. We would do the tour again. We were disappointed by a couple things. First, we both had white e-bikes and they did not function as they should. We have a lot of experience with e-bikes as we have owned a couple for about 5 years now. My bike was really hard to pedal with out the power boost and power levels one and two didn't feel any different. Power level three always worked as well as the throttle. I ride a 50 lb e-bike and it is easy to pedal with the motor off. I don't know why this bike was so hard to pedal. My wife also had problems with her bike and ended up only using the throttle. Both bikes had very squeaky brakes. I talked to Josh about my bike. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. The tour was supposed to be from 9:30-12:30. One couple were running late so the tour didn't start until 10am and we got back to the store about 12:23 so we did not get our three hours. We really liked Josh but we feel he should dress a little more professionally. I would not accept any white e-bikes if you do do a tour with this company. We would give the tour and Josh a 5 start rating and the bikes a 2 star.

Given your background owning e-bikes, your perspective is helpful, as different models and motor configurations can certainly feel unique when riding. Please know that we take rider feedback seriously and continuously check and maintain our equipment to ensure everything is riding as smoothly as possible for our guests. Sometimes issues still arise while on a tour and our guides flag those bikes to be repaired before going out again. We also have exciting news that we just received 8 new Pedigo E-Bikes that will be rolling next week. I also value your comments regarding the tour timing and dress code. We always strive to run our tours promptly and professionally, and your perspective helps us keep our schedules on track and maintain our team standards moving forward.
