Ariki Adventures: Premium äventyr med havsskotersköldpadda

The Ariki scooter adventure with sea scooters was wonderful! Despite it being cool & windy weather with a very strong current late in the afternoon we felt well looked after and safe. The group was 7 people in total but there were 5 Ariki staff to assist including the guide, the photographer, the boat driver & 2 safety people. We were treated to seeing lots of turtles up close and many eagle rays down below us. There were many colourful fish cruising around the coral as well as bright blue starfish! The sea scooters were amazing and certainly we would not have appreciated the beauty and the sea life as much without these to “zoom” around with! We borrowed wet suits and that was probably the only “down part” as they needed more and of better quality as they were not well fitting. Especially with the condition of the weather. Overall it was an excellent finale to our 12 days in the Cook Islands! Thank you for downloading all the photos to our phones as a memory of our Ariki Adventure!

What a fantastic experience! The weather did not play along, but the experience was still fantastic. Safety came first. The guides checked the water and currents and this was clearly communicated to us. We chose to go in, but those who opted not to were able to rebook or be refunded without hassle. The sea scooters were easy to use and a definite help in the stronger currents we swam in. The guides were knowledgable and friendly and knew exactly where to find the turtles. We saw and swam with a good number of turtles. We even got a brief visit from the eagle rays. We had not realised we would get photos (downloaded to our phone straight after) so that was an added bonus - great memories of our time in the water! Thank you for superb experience! Meitaki!

Such a great experience. I was nervous because I’m a wimp but I’m so glad I booked our family. I had no need to be nervous. Our family including 3 teenage boys were well looked after. Scooters made it easy. The turtles were so peaceful and the whole experience was beautiful.

Amazing turtle tour with Ariki- not only did they have many guides with us, ensuring our safety and best opportunity For seeing the turtles, they assisted my daughter who has a disability To do it too. The superstar Pati guided her and supported her to spot turtles and the try the sea scooter. Johnny was the best turtle Spotter and knew exactly where to go to ensure we got the best experience . I am so, so grateful that we choose Ariki as having my daughter experience seeing turtles in the ocean is something I will always be thankful for and I am sure many other tours wouldn’t have assisted her nearly as well Thank you Ariki, I will recommend you to anyone asking what to do in Raro

The weather was a bit tricky during our stay so we were really lucky to have our Sea Scooter Tour go ahead. It was such an incredible experience and something we would love to do again. We appreciated all the information and photos supplied. We saw numerous turtles and also majestic eagle rays. Just one suggestion is to group inexperienced swimmers in their own group to keep the flow of the tour. But really enjoyed and highly recommend.

Ariki Adventures Sea Scooter Turtle Tour was amazing. The scooter takes snorkeling to the next level. It was super fun and I saw tons of turtles and fish. The guides were great and all the people were helpful and careful for our safety. The turtles are beautiful and I’m so happy I got to go experience this in Rarotonga for our 45th Anniversary on 7/3. This is an activity that must not be missed while on Rarotonga. The whole operation is friendly, professional and very safe. There are 3 guides for 8 in our group and they were very attentive to ensure that we all saw and were photographed with the turtles which were plentiful and often swimming near the surface. We also saw many rats although they were deeper so diving a few metres was necessary to see them more clearly. The sea scores scooters were a hoot, easy to use and made it much easier to swim against any currents, which were not too strong. Thanks to Albert, Lyle and the whole team. The bonus was the many free photos downloaded to our phone. Nothing extra to pay! Worth every dollar but make sure you book before you go to Raro in order to avoid missing out. We got lucky booking 2 days in advance. Not to be missed!!

Professional experience from beginning to end. Started with introduction of staff accompanying guests on the seascooter turtle adventure. Then led on to safety briefing and explanation on using the scooters. Tour broken into small groups with 3 guides per group. Scooters in excellent working condition and easy to use. Felt safe the entire trip and seeing the turtles uo close amazing. Professional photos supplied of swimming with turtles easily uploaded to phones. Highly recommend this company.

Water was a bit choppy with a fair bit of current but they made us feel completely safe world class experience
