Amazing tour. Much information delivered selectively but thoroughly. Never felt that were drinking from firehouse.
The National Archeological museum in Naples was fantastic! We enjoyed viewing the artifacts from Pompeii and the guide Francesca was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend visiting the museum especially if you are interested in culture and humanities.
Tour guide Nicoletta was excellent. Lots of energy, She told interesting asides of what we were seeing. Also, she was very attentive to the differing abilities of the people on the tour.
This was an absolutely first class tour with a fantastic guide. We saw the absolute best of this amazing museum, which we could not have done on our own. A must see tour if you are in Naples.

Poor communication. Be sure you are contacted by this company well ahead of your tour start time. They will leave without you. No regard for first time visitors. Yes, it does state that in the booking, but we arrived 40 minutes early. 40 minutes.
This was a great introduction to the various collections of the museum - with a focus on the artifacts salvaged from Herculaneum and Pompeii, so a perfect companion to touring one or both of these sites. The museum could be overwhelming without a guide to give focus and explain the exhibits, so I strongly recommend doing a tour like this as a first time visitor.
Enrica M. was very knowledgeable of the history, highlights, sculptures and artifacts in the museum. The group was small enough for personal interaction and questions.
Francesca is a very competent guide who explains with great clarity and in good English. She made an excellent selection of works to show us, explained them in an always engaging way, and was generous of her time.
Nicolette was an excellent tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Naples, Pompeii and the area. Her archaeological background and love for the area and history allowed her to bring the history to life. We would definitely take another tour with her.
