Antigua ATV Villages Tour

Den här turen tar dig över hela dalen och besöker över 5 byar som ligger nära eller runt centrala Antigua. Vi kommer att besöka platser som ett lokalt traditionellt textilmuseum, Jade Factory, en chokladfabrik och besöka den första katedralen som byggdes i Centralamerika år 1534. Du kommer att ha många flygvyer över staden, fågelperspektiv över vulkanerna och en nära möte med lokala mayabybor som bor runt Antigua. Du kommer att köra genom kullerstensgatorna, asfalterade vägar. För att avsluta turen besöker du en lokal restaurang i byn San Pedro El Panorama som serverar guatemalanska rätter.

Mötesplatsen för rundturen är på vårt kontor, här skriver vi på ditt kontrakt, ger dig din hjälm och förklarar atv.
Vi kommer att stanna vid en lokal chokladfabrik i denna färgglada lilla stad vid foten av vulkanen Agua, under detta stopp kommer vi också att besöka en lokal vinbutik som säljer viner gjorda av en lokal frukt som heter "Nispero."
Här parkerar vi vid Plaza och besöker en lokal jadebutik. På fabriken visas de processer som krävs för att förvandla råa jadestenar och omvandla dem till fina smycken. En liten butik ligger vid fabriken där vi kan se ett urval av färdiga produkter som "Nahuales" som gjorts till halsband, armband och till och med nyckelringar.
Vi parkerar vid det centrala torget och kan gå över och besöka den första katedralen som byggdes i Centralamerika år 1534. Efter en liten promenad på torget anländer vi till den lokala marknaden och medan vi är där visas vi hur man gör tortillas som lokalbefolkningen. Turen tar oss till San Antonio Aguas Calientes, du får se textilmuseet och marknaden. Detta stopp har några av de bästa utsikterna över vulkanen Fuego och Acatenango på grund av dess närhet till denna lilla hantverksstad.
Turen avslutas igen på vårt kontor.

Although you visit 4 points on a TV and that is good, there is a lack of information about each town and its culture. They are specific stops at particular places in each town. It is not bad, but it was not what I expected.

We had an amazing experience exploring the villages in and around Antigua. It was easy to book our experience and start our adventure. Driving the ATVs was easy and a great way to get around! Jonny's experience was evident in everything he did, whether it was navigating the streets or sharing historical/cultural information. We would book another experience with Jonny in a heartbeat and highly recommended this adventure!
I loved it! If you are staying for a few days, it is a good tour to specifically get to know important sites for Guatemalan culture. The guide was very friendly and always attentive to the group's safety.

It was my first ATV drive. I did a group Antigua ATV Villages Tour. I had a wonderful time exploring the towns. Our guide, Ethan, was wonderful, ensuring we stayed together and felt comfortable. He also gave us a brief educational history of the towns. I will truly recommend Simoon Rental and Tours, and our guide Ethan, to family and friends.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Daryl. He was very knowledgeable and informed and we learned a lot about the small towns we visited. He was also so patient and easy going with us as I spent lots of time shopping at the different spots. I was initially scared about driving ATVs around but I’m so glad we did this. Visiting the small towns was a great way to immerse ourselves in the culture.
