This was our first time riding a Segway. We were given a fifteen minute training session before our adventure to make sure we were comfortable. Coralie, our guide, took us to locations near the beautiful lake, stopping at various places to inform us of some of the history of Annecy. It was a delightful one hour excursion that was fun and informative. Coralie was a wonderful guide, and we’d recommend this tour to anyone!
Fun and perfect activity for a first discovery of this part of the Lake Annecy side. Agathe our guide was gentle and kind in learning the Segway very quickly and then in explaining it. Great activity to do as a couple or family, the price can be a brake but it's worth them. GO go ahead 😊

Great fun, a fantastic place and very friendly. Four of us, aged fourteen to fifty, were only in Annecy for a day trip and got to see lots of the sights thanks to the tour. Thank you!

First experience for us and it was beautiful. Two exceptional women who take the time to test your balance and guide you masterfully through a simple but effective journey. For a bachelor party our guide was lovely patient and smiling. We were 9 black , Lyonnais and happy . ♥️

The experience itself was decent, and the tour/activity covered what was promised. However, for the price paid, I expected more. My main concern was the language barrier — the guide spoke primarily French with limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to fully follow the explanations and get the most out of the tour. If you’re an English-speaking visitor, this may impact your experience.

Regarding the language, I would just like to point out that during your visit, we communicated in both French and English, adapting to each person's needs. Questions asked in French were of course answered in French, and I also took care to express myself in English so that everyone could follow the explanations. The conversations during the tour were very pleasant and you seemed satisfied at the end of the activity. I regret that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and I will of course take your comments into account, as providing a quality experience for all our visitors is essential. Excellent tour - well organised, safe and full safety instructions given. Time to practice before leaving. Great guides, both spoke good English.
Florian was an excellent guide and very patient with the nervous people in our group, and offered a bicycle as an alternative for one of us. The Segway tour took in the beauty of Annecy and its lake and was a wonderful experience
