The driver was wonderful. Somehow Viator provided him with the wrong drop off address and he graciously dropped us at the correct hotel across town

Our driver texted before we landed that luggage retrieval would be horrendous and to message him. We didn’t have any problems with luggage and texted once outside arrivals. He wasn’t there and took 30 min to respond to my text. He then said he had car trouble. We took a taxi. I don’t recommend this company.
