Följ med på vår turné kommer du att besöka en av de äldsta och viktigaste städerna i Grekland, Korinth och ett område med stor historia och lång tradition inom vinframställning, Nemea. Genom att gå genom byn anc. Korinth kan du lära känna dess långa historia, från antiken (Apollontemplet) till romartiden (takpassager, offentliga bad) och den kristna tiden, under vilken aposteln Pavlos (Saul) undervisade på dess marknad. I det arkeologiska museet i staden kommer att ha chansen att beundra intressanta fynd. Turnén fortsätter i Nemea, känd sedan de gamla åren för att ha organiserat de stora lokala spelen "Nemean", men också känd av en berömd fabel, enligt vilken Nemea var platsen där Hercules dödade det skrämmande lejonet, som hade slukt staten, och slutförde därmed sin första uppgift. Vi kommer att besöka den arkeologiska platsen, stadion och Zeustemplet alldeles intill vingårdar och vingårdar. Det här blir en dag full av historia och natur.

Had a great day with Marios. It was a scenic drive from Nafplio to Corinth. Ancient Corinth was very interesting and the hike up to Acrocorinth was difficult, but well worth it. Wish we had more time for both, but since it was Good Friday, we couldn't visit the sites until after 12PM. We did the optional winery visit and tasting in Namea, which was lovely, but that left less time for Corinth. Marios made it all work.

Marios was a fun and interesting guide who speaks great English. Not only did he show us the sights and explain the history, he also introduced us to the fabulous cold Greek coffee! He was very accommodating and let us stay at the sights for as little or as long as we wanted. Highly recommended.

We had one Corinth Canal and Ancient Corinth tour with Marios. He was friendly, professional and very accommodating. He made us feel comfortable and he was very knowledgeable. Because of that we reserved a second tour the day after for Napflio, Mycenae and Nemea. Once again Marios was a great guide, very flexible and friendly. We did not feel rushed, on the contrary. It was a great deal and we had lots of fun. We are planning to go again next year!
