This was actually a lot of fun and the instructor, Nicola, was adorable. She really engaged with everyone on a personal level.
We tried to reschedule on short notice, but despite multiple attempts to message the vendor and calling them, I never received a reply. Even a reply to disapprove my request would have been appreciated. We went with Flagship Stroopwafel Experience across from Ann Frank House and appreciated their customer service and ease of contact.
This is a fun activity and a nice easy one to do travelling solo. I had hoped to arrive 5 minutes early, however my google maps lost me in the park so I arrived bang on time and the signage outside the spot makes it easy to find. Everyone was already in aprons but the team just smiled and passed me one and made me feel immediately relaxed and unflustered. The instructions were clear and the waffles came out great! You can eat them there, or put them in a paper bag provided to have later. A nice way to spend an hour :)
Had a wonderful time learning about the waffle making process. It was a great activity to do with my wife. Our chefs were easy to follow and helped us make sure our waffles turned out great!
Was brilliant from start to finish, would highly recommend. The instructions were clear on the booking, we arrived 5 mins before as requested & were checked in. Staff were busy tidying up from the previous group & took us through to the dough making area on time. Vince explained everything clearly & was happy to answer questions. After making the dough we went to the waffle machines. This area was very warm (unsurprisingly) & not much space. Vince demonstrated how to make the waffle & add the syrup. Tea, coffee & water was available to have along with your freshly cooked waffle which tasted amazing! Would throughly recommend the experience. Well worth the money.
It was good however when it’s busy you do have to wait a while to cook the waffles as there was not enough stations for all. However it was fun and the staff are lovely.
This was clearly based on creating profits vs quality. All ingredients were premixed and dried egg vs fresh was used. Plastic spoons sat in liquid syrup for hours releasing microplastics Into the syrup. Final product tasted cheap and not good. Facility was extremely hot and they didn’t have anyone wash hands before starting
Julia and her team were incredible. They right us the history and made the whole experience a memorable one. Amazing!

We loved our instructors Josefina and Mayeo. We had so much fun and the Stroopwafels were so good, especially warm!
