We arrived at the museum a few minutes before our scheduled time and were promptly let in. The workers were very helpful and assisted us in getting started. Having the digital tickets was good. The guided audio tour was great to listen to while visiting the museum. We could move as quickly as possible or stop where we wanted. Many other tourists wanted tickets and were trying to buy them but they weren't available. This booking was a great way to have it all taken care beforehand and not have to worry.
Amazing artist but troubled soul. Recommend this self guided tour for lovers of art. Great guft shop.

Buying tickets online 7 days ahead for the Van Gogh museum went well. However, not receiving the e-tickets until the day before the event caused considerable uncertainty and some stress

Don’t bother. Just book your tickets with the museum website. Viator adds no value. And they changed the time at last moment.

Quite a broad view of Van Gogh’s work and life. Audio tour was extremely helpful. Wouldn’t recommend for children.

The museum sells the tickets directly just buy from the museum. The museum was great but the experience of buying the same exact thing through the app made this way more confusing than it needed to be. Confusinn emails, instructions that dont make sense…
