Först besöker vi det gamla kvarteret i Jordaan. Se höjdpunkter som Westertoren och Anne Frank-huset, smaka på det ursprungliga Amsterdam 'bitterballen'. Vi navigerar via floden Amstel till Red Light District. Se de fantastiska förråd och besöka sedan den dolda sidan av staden. Kryssa förbi National Maritime Museum och beundra det östindiamanska fartyget från Guldåldern och njut av den exotiska Hortus Botanicus.

We did this 2 hour canal cruise (longer time than most cruise options and it’s worth it) TWICE during our 3 day stay in Amsterdam because we loved it so much. First cruise was with Captain Philip (23 yr old Masters student) and second time (on this day) we had Captain Storm, Philip’s dad! Captain Storm tells different history, takes a different path through the canals so it was a completely new experience. Cannot recommend this experience more strongly!
We are RAVING FANS! We enjoyed Captain Philip, a 23 year old Masters History student in Amsterdam (works Saturdays). Is a wealth of knowledge regarding the Netherlands, Holland and the city of Amsterdam as well as the canal & building history. It is a ‘serve yourself’ (wine, beer, and try the Jenever Dutch Gin) and they stop about 15 minutes in to a local restaurant to grab hot, fresh bitterballen to eat while you cruise along with cheese, grapes and mini stroopwaffles. It is so fun, you will meet all kinds of people and this tour is 2 HOURS instead of most the others which are 1 hour.
Captain Philip did a fantastic job as skipper. He made the tour exceptionally fun.
Absolutely fun & informative. Group of 5 Texans laughed SO much. Adventure took us east to side of Amsterdam tourists don’t get to see.
Great fun. Learned alot about the city. Snacks and drinks provided were great. Met fun group of travelers.
The boat was lovely, as was Captain Charlotte. The other people on the tour became more chatty as the free drinks and food was consumed and we were all having a great time, like old friends by the end. We didnt see the eclipse but we had a super cruise and we learned lots about Amsterdam. Very highly recommended. One of the top highlights of our Holiday.

We had a wonderful tour with Stephen our captain. He had such great knowledge of the city and the people of Amsterdam. He was on time and fun to interact with. My husband and I really enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend to everyone
