We turned up on the day as a family and were welcomed by very friendly staff (we chose this operator over others moored in the same place due to friendly staff and a good price for tickets). DIRK was our captain and guide. He was so kind and lovely. He went round the boat and welcomed everyone - in a few languages! He was funny and interactive and went above and beyond to show us a couple of bridges that were opening for larger boats at the time. He gave us lots of interesting information, anecdotes and laughs along the way. Highly recommend
I was in Amsterdam for a few days and while strolling around the city, I decided to take a river cruise. The one hour time frame was just right. Sina, our captain did a fantastic job. I enjoyed the cruise and if I go back to Amsterdam, I would do it again.
Great tour from the canal. Easy fun ride and Marco our captain was the best. Really knows his history of Amersterdam. Would do this again!
Dirk is a fantastic guide! He was incredibly friendly and pleasant with everyone and made a real effort to include the whole group throughout the tour (despite the lack of enthusiasm from some participants). He never lost his smile or his positive attitude. He also shared some really interesting stories and facts about Amsterdam and its canals. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride with him!

It’s a fun tour giving you a feel for the city layout. Mick, was our captain and shared lots of information. He was also funny. All of the employees were great. Highly recommend!

After a long walk we enjoyed onechour of sitting and enjoying
Very low energy and the tour guide/boat captain hardly spoke or provided any details beyond the basics. Also when so warm, the water should be included. Second viator experience this trip and disappointed with the supposed near “5 star” reviews.
