Le Vieux Nice eller Gamla Nice är stadens ikoniska distrikt där den italienska konsten och arkitekturen, som påminner om stadens flyktiga förflutna, fortfarande är mycket påtaglig... I denna turné kommer du att upptäcka den ständigt oförutsägbara historien om Nice, en stad, som genom sitt yttre utseende inte har någon eller mycket liten motsvarighet i resten av Frankrike. De smala gatorna i den överbelastade gamla stadskärnan – ett arv från dess medeltida ursprung – och dess typiska arkitektur med blandade stilar från medeltiden till slutet av 1800-talet, kommer att överraska dig. Det är ett av stadens största palats. Det byggdes av den adliga familjen Lascaris - Ventimille på XVII-talet.
Det är en av de viktigaste platserna i staden där statyn av Giuseppe Garibaldi (Nice 1807 - Caprera 1882) kallas "hjälten i de två världarna". Här avslutas besöket.

Marina accompanied us on an incredible tour of the city. She captured the attention of the whole family by sharing historical anecdotes and intriguing our children. She proved to be knowledgeable and friendly, allowing us to experience life in Nice from all angles, advising us and describing the typical dishes of Nice. Highly recommended for family tours.

We booked and paid in full for this tour got to the pick up spot on time. Waited for 30 minutes tried to contact the tour operator twice only to have to go through viator and Tripadvisor to discover that the tour operator apparently had no tour guides available and therefore just blew us off. No response to our attempts to contact them. No apologies. No cancellation just didn’t show up severely disappointed do not recommend this company
