När våra gäster hämtas av vår chaufför/guide kommer de sedan att köras genom Belize City när de tar sig till Altun Ha för en rundtur. Gästerna kommer att kunna se några av stadens landmärken som Baron Bliss Light house samt Belize-museet, en tegelbyggnad som tidigare användes som fängelse. Bilresan är cirka en timme till platsen. går norrut från Belize City. Längs vägen kommer du också att få se en del av den historiska Old Belize River använda som det första transportsättet innan det fanns något vägnät i landet. Du får också se några landsbygdssamhällen i Belize-distriktet längs rutten. Väl framme på platsen kommer du att kunna komma åt och använda välsaneringsrummen därifrån dina turer börjar med först med en promenad genom museet på platsen. Din guide kommer sedan att följa med dig till Maya-platsen Altun Ha där du kommer att få en guidad tur med detaljerad information om denna gamla men viktiga Maya-stad

This trip was very good I enjoyed a private quiet visit to the site. Of course comfortable shoes a must and hydrate, our driver was very patient and knowledgeable, he brought the story telling to life.

Nice informative trip, no issues bring a fmt(fat man towel)!! The stairs are brutal but nice trip all together hopefully have a good driver....smh
It's the peak of the dry season this time of year, hence the Mayan site could be warmer than usual. The climb to the top of the temples could be a little challenging, but it's worth the hike. The view from on top is breathtaking. We are happy for your commentary. Don't be a stranger, there is so much more great adventure you can do in Belize
We had a fantastic afternoon visiting Altun Ha. Our guide was very flexible (we needed to change our start time), had a great relaxed demeanor, and was extremely knowledgeable about Altun Ha and the surrounding countryside. Would highly recommend!

Albert was an excellent tour guide. Fortunately, my husband and I were the only people who signed up for this day, and we had a private tour. Albert was knowledgeable about the history of Belize, particularly regarding Altun Ha. As we drove to our destination, he explained the surroundings (plants, shopping centers, communities past and present). I recommend this tour and our tour guide, Albert.
We try to cover all the bases as we understand that our guests would like to know as much of our jewel, Belize, as possible. Our guide, Mark, was absolutely phenomenal. He shared lots of historical information about the town as we drove through. He took us through The ruins and shared so much information, he’s a wealth of knowledge! On the way back, at our request, we stopped at a local restaurant and had delicious local food (not included the trip price) and we were back in plenty of time to board our ship.
We only work with the most reliable and experienced tour guides in the tourism industry. Once requested, we don't have any problem stopping to allow the purchase of Belizean cuisine at the local restaurant after the tour. Thanks for your review. We look forward to your next visit

Jeff was knowledgeable and hilarious. We had a great time at the ruins, he let us go through the museum at our pace, then gave us a great overview of the site before letting us explore as much as we'd like. Full of facts the whole ride (there and back). He didn't have any issue stopping to get snacks at a local shop and letting the kids eat in the van. Some review for Belize tours had complaints about broken down vans and adding other groups to private tours, we did not have an issue with either. The van wasn't new, but it was clean and taken car of. We left promptly after meeting up outside the terminal.
