Alpine Zoo Innsbruck och Hungerburg bergbana kombibiljett

Beskrivning

Worst zoo ever. Saw about 3 animals and a few birds. Doesn’t tell you the whole thing is a series of hills. No good for anyone with even light health or mobility issues. Poor signage leaves you going down paths and up hills for no reason. Also if you ask for the combo ticket at the station make sure that’s what you get. We weren’t given what we asked for, so had to pay another 45 for this waste of time. Oh and some of the staff are very rude.
My experience today. I had to wait in the same line as everyone buying a ticket then the voucher did not work, and a lot of time was taken to issue me a ticket so that we could get on the first funicular train. Also, please note this only gets you halfway up the mountain. You must purchase a full ticket for the cable car to get to the top. This voucher only gets you halfway. We then waited in another line at this midway point to buy the rest of the trip to the top. It would have been easier to buy the entire ticket myself at the first ticket counter (or as another traveler told me, she bought her full ride at her hotel the same morning)
Like all zoos, a horrible place for animals, just as always a playground for screaming children who terrorize everyone in addition to the animals. I thought it was something more like a sanctuary or rescue, but instead it's just a trap for poor imprisoned animals nailed to a terrible life for the enjoyment of children. The staff should be ashamed, as should the entrance, which sets no rules regarding silence and respect.
Good zoo except for the bear exhibit. The bear was constantly pacing the same path and seems very distressed.
A beautifully located zoo. Although we got lost, we were even more excited to see the animals!
Definitely recommended for an afternoon outing
Small zoo with animals from mountains. That was interesting, somehow different as usual zoo.Great view of Innsbruck
The zoo is hard to walk. It is very hilly. Most of the animals were not visible or their holding area had construction. There are a lot of birds.
It is much better to get the collective tickets instead of separate tickets. The experience is worthwhile, where the zoo is very unique and spacious, and the Funcular facilitates the trip in a very well-organized manner and low-interval trips schedule.
The Alpenzoo is really very beautiful because you can see the commitment to create the most suitable environments for each animal, here there are no narrow cages: ibex, wolves and birds live in spaces that recall their natural habitat. We also saw the bear, but in this period it was a bit "sleepy" and was sleeping blissfully behind a plant, so we were able to see only part of it! Overall it is a very nice and pleasant experience, recommended for those who want to see mountain animals in a respectful setting
