På turens dag hälsar vi dig välkommen med en personlig skylt vid terminalen på Mundo Maya flygplats eller direkt vid skylten "Jag älskar Petén" på Flores Island. Du reser i privat, luftkonditionerad transport till Tikal nationalpark, där prioriterade entréer redan ingår för att undvika köer. Tillsammans med en certifierad expertguide besöker du den stora torget, Jaguarens tempel, och går upp till tempel IV för att befalla över djungeln från höjderna medan du upptäcker Mayas historia. Avslutningsvis njuter ni av en komplett lunch med traditionella rätter från regionen innan ni går ombord på vår transport tillbaka till flygplatsen eller direkt till Floresön. Det är den tredje största sjön i Guatemala, och ön Flores ligger på den. Tio minuter innan du går ombord på bussen har du tid att ta souvenirbilder; det finns en speciell skylt som säger "JAG ÄLSKAR PETÉN". Din resa börjar här och passerar genom små städer tills du når huvudentrén till Tikal nationalpark. Där kliver du av bussen för att köpa dina inträdesbiljetter till parken, vilket tar ungefär en timme.
Huvudentrén till Tikal nationalpark, vid denna punkt kommer parkvakterna att utföra den första biljettkontrollen (redan inkluderad) och härifrån börjar Tikal nationalpark. Vid det här laget kan vi använda toaletterna och sedan fortsätta vår resa i ytterligare 16 kilometer tills vi når besökscentret.

Sedan fortsätter du till biljettkontrollen och börjar din vandring längs djungelstigar, med stopp där din lokala guide förklarar flora, fauna och arkeologi tills du når det centrala torget.

Tempel IV eller Den tvåhövdade ormens tempel. Det krävs mycket energi för att bestiga det. Det har en otrolig panoramautsikt, särskilt för att titta på soluppgångar.
Den förlorade världspyramiden har trappsteg för din uppstigning och erbjuder en otrolig 360-graders utsikt. Din lokala guide kommer att ge dig tid att bestiga den och ta bilder, eftersom den erbjuder spektakulär panoramautsikt.
Tempel V i Tikal är ett av de bäst restaurerade, vilket gör det imponerande när man upptäcker det. Sedan går du tillbaka till besökscentret för att avsluta din vandring.
I slutet av turen njuter du av en utsökt lunch här. Sedan går du ombord på bussen igen för att återvända till Flores Island eller Mundo Maya flygplats.

Våra anställda kommer att anlända till dig, vederbörligen identifierade med vår företagsuniform och bärande en skylt med ditt namn som anger vilken transportenhet vi använder. På hotell i Flores, vänligen var redo i hotellobbyn 15 minuter före klockan 08:00. Vår guide kommer att anlända med en lista över de personer som deltar i vår tur.

Lloyd was a fantastic and passionate tour guide who had a lot of knowledge about Mayan cities and civilizations, especially Tikal!
The activity was very good. Just one recommendation regarding the pickup at the airport since this is the last point, and the schedule states 7:30 AM, but the pickup actually happened after 8:00 AM, which made me worry and I had to contact the operator to confirm the times.
Great vehicle with A.C. Also great driving. Nice and knowledgeable local guide. Stunning place. Lunch was ok.
The ride went well. The shuttle ride and visit to the Tikal site, very good. On the other hand, out of 15 people, 4 wanted the information in English. We had them, but maybe 40% of the time. It was much more in Spanish. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Excellent trip to see the Mayan ruins. The guide was excellent, explaining all the different ruins history. We climbed several ruins and although we walked a lot, we had a few rest breaks. It was a good balance. Saw howler monkeys, spider monkeys and anteaters.
The visit itself is fun to see the pyramids and many wild animals too. However, the guide was not very communicative that at the beginning of the tour he only spoke in Spanish to ask everyone to preorder food and I had no clue what he was saying, when I asked him what's everyone doing, he just asked me to stay put. Later I asked him about it, he said he will fix it, but he didn't. He was nowhere to be found (we were once lost on our way back too). Otherwise the pickup and dropoff at the airport are smooth.
My partner and I took part in the tour to Tikal and had a lovely day! We left Flores at 8 in the morning because we didn't want it as stressful as the Sunrise tours, and were picked up near our hotel (this would not have been necessary in the end, Flores Island is so small that you can easily walk to the parking lot where the actual shuttle starts). It was all on time, the tickets had already been bought by the organizer, and after about 90 min drive we could start the tour in Tikal. Elvin was friendly, entertaining and obviously enjoyed the tour, it was a good and exciting experience! Due to the heat and humidity you are actually well exhausted after 3-4 hours of guidance, even if there would be much more to see. There was also time in between to look around what was important to us to really enjoy the surroundings. Lunch at the end was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, but perfectly fine. You could choose between chicken and beef, but on request I got a vegetarian option with rice, vegetables, egg and cheese. After the meal there was 45 minutes until the bus went back, that would not have been necessary, but maybe they planned a buffer. For the price the tour is absolutely recommended, we had a good time and learned a lot!
Our tour had a great time. Our guide Jose was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to the best spots and gave us great photographs ideas. Our guide was very polite and gave us excellent pointers along the way and prior to the start of the tour. We all had a great time.
loved the tour, it was perfect for solo travelers. The timing was ideal, the weather was great, and the food was delicious.
It was such a nice experience. We were picked up at our hotel, brought to the main bus. Luis, the guide, was amazing. He was smart funny and witty! We learned so much and the group we were with was pretty fun as well. The lunch was super tasty.
