Private Waterfall Tour
Ian, Summer and Pablo provided excellent customer service to our family of eight (private waterfall tour). They provided a fun and lively atmosphere during the entire engagement and provided lots of options as the day progressed. I would highly recommend this team and the company - A+ experience!!!

Great Experience for Large Family!
We did a full day private tour with 16 family members - ages 13 - 83. Ian and his team were fantastic! They met all our needs and took great care of each person. Due to weather we slightly changed our plans but it was for our safety which I really appreciated. We had so much fun and built so many memories. Ian made sure each person in our group experienced something meaningful to them. I was extremely happy with his team and the day. Highly recommend and ask for Ian!

Such a great experience! Ian, Ian, Kendall and summer were super awesome. Ian, our guide was very attentive, informative, easy going, fun and overall a good time! I would definitely recommend using Costa Pacific Adventures and specifically asking for Ian!

Pura Vida! Wonderful tour!
We had an absolutely fabulous time on this tour. We were a girls group of 4, all of the stops were fun and interesting. Ian was an excellent host and guide.

Nauyaca Water Falls
We had a great experience, Andrea the booking agent was Five star very help full and responded quickly to all of our questions.
Raul our guide was also five star. He was super knowledgable and very entertaining.
The only beef I have was our date was changed and canceled through tripadvisor which was refunded 317.34 CAD and we had to book through Viator which end of costing extra 341.34 CAD.
I did not expect it to cost more because the cancellation was not at all on our part.

Amazing full-day tour with Costa Pacifica Adventures! Ian went above and beyond — fun, safe, personal, and unforgettable
We booked our tour through Costa Pacifica Adventures and had an absolutely unforgettable experience with our guide, Ian. This wasn’t just a tour — it was a full day of adventure, great conversation, and thoughtful touches that made it feel completely personalized.
We started with a stop at a hidden water spot where we could jump in and kick off the day. It was such a fun, unexpected moment that really set the tone. Then we visited a quiet, local beach where Ian brought out fresh-cut pineapple and cookies while we relaxed and enjoyed the view. It wasn’t a swimming beach, but it was beautiful — and he even helped us spot two sloths in the trees.
At Nauyaca Waterfalls, he swam with us, took amazing photos, and made sure we always felt safe and comfortable. At the end, he surprised us with a printed photo of us at the falls — a small but super meaningful gift.
Afterward, we had a delicious meal at a local restaurant and got to hear more about the region. Ian is full of knowledge, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time. The day was perfectly paced, never rushed, and packed with small details that showed how much effort he puts into every tour.
If you want more than just a basic excursion, Costa Pacifica Adventures is the way to go. Ian truly went above and beyond — highly recommend.

Nauyaca Falls day trip
We had an awesome experience with Ian! He’s so personable and fun to spend time with. Very knowledgeable of the area too. Our trip included two waterfalls, snacks and a delicious lunch! Nauyaca Falls alone is well worth it, especially with this company! Great memories ❤️
