Fantastic and profesional male me love Vietnam

Sapere che il viaggio ti ha lasciato un ricordo così positivo e che ti ha fatto amare ancora di più il Vietnam è per me una grande soddisfazione. Vorrei anche ringraziare te e tutta la famiglia Claudio per la fiducia che mi avete accordato e per la vostra gentilezza durante tutta la preparazione e lo svolgimento del viaggio. È stato un vero piacere accompagnarvi, anche se a distanza. Persone come voi rendono il mio lavoro ancora più bello. Mi è piaciuto molto conoscervi e poter contribuire, anche solo in una piccola parte, ai ricordi della vostra vacanza in Vietnam. We traveled for 3 weeks through Vietnam and Cambodia and then had a week of beach vacation. Everything worked out perfectly to the minute. The travel organizer, Ms. Le N. in Hanoi, was available to us every minute during the four weeks and competently solved each of the very rare small problems immediately. Under the care of Ms. Le N., we would travel again at any time. We were in Vietnam and Cambodia for the first time. From Hanoi, we traveled through stopovers to Halong Bay, Hue, Angkor Wat, Phnom Penh, and Saigon to the sea. We saw and experienced a lot. But of course, even with four weeks, there is little time for the individual stops. With Ms. Le N., everything can be planned very individually. All hotels were excellent and very well located. Vietnam is modernizing at a rapid pace. The tour programs include everything that is described as worth seeing in the travel guides. I recommend requesting to include modern Vietnam in the travel planning. One should also inquire about theater, which is not automatically offered. The water puppet theater in Hanoi is very popular and often sold out as a result. We visited it in Saigon, but were more impressed by the Vietnamese Bamboo Circus, a mix of acrobatics, contemporary dance, and live folk music. Hoi An is highly recommended. Unfortunately, we only passed through Da Nang and saw the kilometer-long beach. The city seems worth seeing to us. The temples in Vietnam and Cambodia are wonderful. When one visits them in both countries, one understands the connections and history. It is worth visiting more than just Angkor Wat, even though it is exhausting. We were only disappointed by Ha Long Bay, although our ship was great and the crew did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The nature is breathtakingly beautiful. However, the pollution that can be seen from the ship makes the extent of ocean pollution clear. It is not fun to go swimming in such dirty water. When one looks out the window in the morning, one sees trash all around the ship. Hundreds of ships are in the bay, meaning they are anchored there. One does not take a cruise, but is brought to a ship by a speedboat that functions like a hotel. As an alternative to the cruise, one can visit the dry Ha Long Bay. The mountains are just as impressive; there are rivers, caves, and lakes where one can relax wonderfully. In Saigon, one should visit the glittering center, especially beautiful at night. An evening boat ride on the river is certainly impressive as well. The museums that tell about the Vietnam War are a must-see. However, on the trips through the city, one sees that the city is so large and diverse that one has only seen a few highlights. We also recommend spending a bit more time in Cambodia. The country is more diverse and modern than we had expected. In the meantime, one should also be able to enjoy a very nice beach vacation there. However, we did not see that with our own eyes. A small practical tip: The travel guides recommend bringing dollars to Vietnam. While in Cambodia, people are happy to accept dollars, in Vietnam, payments are made with the local currency or Visa/Mastercard. Everyday life (restaurants, massages, souvenirs, entrance fees, etc.) in both countries is very affordable for Europeans.

Inspired by a documentary in the media library about Vietnam, we started this journey as a couple to a foreign country for us as a private tour with guide and driver. We have specified the sights and Mrs. Hoa then organized this trip perfectly for us. Previous concerns have proved unnecessary as Mrs Hoa was always available as a contact person for all questions. She has supported us actively at all times, for which we are very grateful. This trip has brought us closer to the country and the culture there and also impressed us very much in terms of cuisine. Vietnam is definitely worth a visit.

A very great experience with this tour operator, especially worth mentioning is Le Nyugen, speaks good German and has planned us the trip from A to Z. The planning was great and she often asked during the trip if everything was fine and took care of everything very well, we had an English-speaking tour guide and driver, always drove with great air-conditioned cars, and we were told a lot about the country and people and brought closer, that was very important for us. The selected hotels were all top, most excursions had a nice lunch, and we saw everything that is really worth seeing in Vietnam even within these 2.5 weeks. In the end we went on a few more nice days of beach holidays and flew back home via Singapore, Singapore also organized them, as well as everything top, from A to Z. I even had a problem with forgotten pills at home, even this she took good care of. At this point, a big thank you to Mrs. Le!
