This operator is so irresponsible and cannot be trusted! I booked directly on their website ahead of time.Nearing the day of the tour this pepe tour operator has not sent me a confirmation and so I sent them a message -- only for them to say the tour is not available. If so, then why make it available on the website? And why accept my payment??? Totally unacceptable!
They leave you nailed and they don't care about anything, we booked months before and three days before they canceled, an embarrassment, look for serious operators this is not., get there we had to go crazy to get a ticket, hours of uncertainty and calls, in the end another operator got us but by chance,
The van diver (think Christian) was very friendly and took 1 route to Alhambra and a different back to Almeria to show us more of the area. His narration was very good. Once at Ahambra we had another guide who spent several hours with us in the palace. There were only 4 of us on this tour. The van could accommodate at least 12. We appreciated the fct that although the tour group was small, the agency did not cancel as another company did earlier in the cruise.
Very well explained x the guide, but very quickly, because they close at 18 and everyone to the street. As a business they have it well set up, but, very little time is spent on the visit Too bad.
An excursion that was worthwhile, hurts that it was in the works and that even if you don't want to lack a little. The palace, with that mute art that drags us away, was a beautiful place, as well as its places. From the tower, with its cannons you could see the distribution of the outdoor gardens, which were under rehabilitation.. Anyway, an excursion that was worth it.
Our driver and guide Cristian was very nice and gave us lots of interesting information about the provinces of Almeria and Granada. Jenny, our tour guide at Alhambra Palaces, was excellent, she gave us lots of details and historical info. The mini bus was Comfortable and very punctual. We can highly recommend this tour.
I had a two day stop at Granada and everyone told me I had to visit the Al Alhambra. And i’m So glad I did! It’s a beautiful palace and maintained just as beautifully! Plan half a day to visit this palace. It’s huge with guided tours. Some spots in the fortress offers amazing views of the entire city! A must visit place if you’re in Spain.
This was a fantastic tour, we stopped in Granada for a couple of hours to look at the Cathederal and the shops, then off to The Alhambra and Generalife Gardens, the Palace and the gardens were magnificent, with fantastic views of the valley and mountains, our guide Guillermo and driver Miguel were great and very knowledgeable, a great day out.
The entrance controls are strict...who can not show photo ID does not come in...also applies to families...EVERYONE must identify with picture..is also ok and is clearly stated in the conditions... The location is absolutely worth seeing but in summer as early as possible...duration about 3h...there are vending machines and toilets...views magnificent...guided tour not absolutely necessary..audioguide is enough
Visit that is really worth it, pure history in a space where the past beats. Also, magnificent views of the city.
