Excellent tour. Our group was small, only six people. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the history of the palace and gardens to us. We were able to walk in easily.

Be careful! The website allows you to book the tour the day before, making you believe you’ll be able to access all the Alhambra palaces thanks to their claimed priority access. That was not the case. If visiting the Alhambra is important to you, book your tickets well in advance and don’t rely on these promises. Very disappointing experience.
Hello. The reservation you made did not include the Nasrid Palaces. That is why you were unable to see that part of the monument (although you did see the rest). We do not know if there was a mix-up when the booking was made, but it is true that it is sometimes not possible to upgrade and include the Nasrid Palaces on the day of the visit itself. This is because there is a limit on the number of people allowed to enter each hour, and availability may be lacking if you try to book on the very day you plan to visit. In any case, we regret the disappointment caused by your visit to the Alhambra (without the Nasrid Palaces).
A wonderful day with my son Antonio at the Alhambra. Our guide Carlos Fuentes was exceptional, friendly, and with his passion, he conveyed his knowledge to us. We spent a day in his company visiting the marvelous palaces and Albaycin. I recommend Carlos as a guide, and he deserves a ten with honors.

They set price for 3. If you have 2 they don’t let you add 3rd person after booking. Require PP ID at booking. Met others angry with them taking pmt for 3. Reselling the seat and adm tkt for 3rd to others. $626 for 2 is price if u don’t have 3.
We were picked up directly from the boat in a very comfortable car. The tour itself at the Alhambra was amazing, our driver organised the tickets for us which made it very easy. The Alhambra itself was breathtaking. After a very hot day at the Alhambra the lovely air conditioned ride back to the boat was comfortable. Miguel was so kind to us. My husband left his phone in the car and he drove back to the boat to give it to him. The tour itself is amazing, it's such a beautiful place, add the incredible service to and from the boat and you get a great experience star to finish
The Alhambra site is spectacular in its scope and beauty. The hardens are amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and vivacious and obviously cared about the topic. There is a lot of walking on this tour which was great for us but may be difficult if you have mobility problems. We enjoyed this tour immensely.

First booking with Viator and it was very easy. Our driver picked us up at the port and we had a comfortable private shuttle ride to the tour office. Our day was spent with a small group and we had a wonderful tour guide Carlos Fuentes to take us through the Alhambra. We appreciated his overall knowledge, not just of the history, but also of the related architectural, mathematical, and artistic aspects of the site. He did a great job and our family enjoyed our time at the Alhambra, Generalife Gardens and Granada thoroughly.

The tour was fine but we ended up with a combo Spanish & English narrator which made the tour longer than necessary. Documents said the tour was in English and i was disappointed to follow 20+ participants around the grounds
