Great experience, nice and plentiful food and drink. Helpful and friendly crew. Small boat trip into cave well worth it. Would recommend.

The excursion is really good, the brunch is high quality and is available to you throughout the entire trip. The crew was extremely friendly. BE CAREFUL if you book with Get Your Guide because they promise you cave admission included, which is a lie. It is a dictionary.
Was looking for a boat trip which the family could enjoy. Stumbled upon this through get your guide. The misleading part is you don’t physically get to see the caves unless you pay a €10 per person upgrade upon checking in which I feel is misleading on a cost that was already over €120 I would of rather this stated a boat trip with an additional charge should you wish to not wait till you have booked and paid for only to tell you upon check in it’s an extra. Could not fault the boat, staff or food and drink this was all lovely, we enjoyed the cruise but not the part where we were mislead.
Very disappointed by this "Benagil Cave & Brunch" excursion, which does not correspond to the experience sold on Booking. We had chosen this package, longer than the others, because the ad suggested a real family experience: visit to the Benagil cave and a quiet moment on a sheltered beach with brunch. In reality, none of that. It is essentially a long round trip by boat. The Benagil cave is not visited: you pass in front of it, you see it from the outside, period. No stop near a sheltered beach: only about twenty minutes at sea for diving. No real guide despite the advertised multilingual accompaniment: a few words in English and no explanation about the places passed through. Very young crew, music much too loud, and an atmosphere more focused on drinking and dancing than on discovering the coast. I find that it lacks professionalism. With a child, we found the time interminable. If we had known that it was just a simple party round trip, without a visit to the cave or time on a beach, we would have chosen a much shorter excursion. Not recommended for families looking for the experience described on Booking.
The time to leave was 30 minutes earlier than what my tickets said. Thankfully we arrived early otherwise would have missed our trip. Also, overcharged and waiting for credit.
Very good service of drinks and food all inclusive. I think it is worth knowing before that by the size of the boat it does not enter the cave, so you have to be paid an extra amount of 10 euros if you want to see through the cave. Excellent tour, excellent weather!
Little fun, and what they serve to eat is not very good for the price.
This was an easy booking and the agents where we checked in for the tour was amazing! The boat was beautiful and the service provided was great. The trip up to the caves was great and we got To get on the smaller boat toe get a closer look. Was amazing.
I loved the experience! The staff was absolutely fantastic: very friendly, professional and always concerned about everyone’s well-being. The brunch was very good and the open bar was an excellent addition to the walk. Unfortunately, I got sick during the cruise, but Hugo was flawless. He was the one who helped me the most, always very attentive, concerned and available to make sure I felt better. It really made a difference. Despite the nausea, it was an unforgettable experience and I recommend it 100%. A huge thanks to Hugo and the whole team for the sympathy and excellent service!
