The Sea Serpent airboat ride was such a wonderful experience! The tour is very well coordinated from the check in, guide narration, and the boat captain- excellent! Shout out to Capt Ellie! She was an amazing guide as she was extremely knowledgeable about all things wildlife and just generally a superwomen! Would definitely recommend this to couples and families visiting the St. Augustine area. I would hop on again tomorrow if I could. Great job!!

We took the airboat ride with Captain Mike. The headphones and what were on them were amazing! Stories and music. We saw many beautiful things. We saw alligators which Captain Mike said they hadn’t seen all day because it’s alligator hunting season. You really need to experience this activity! It was so amazing!
Captain Elly was fun, knowledgeable, and a good pilot. She had lots of jokes too, great time
We enjoyed the ride and experience. They couldn't help the rain but it is Florida. The captain was awesome.
These was the biggest waste of money i have ever experienced. You could rent a kayak and go faster then we did. Don't expect to see much of St. Johns River either, you go maybe a 1/4 mile. If there wasn't a bend in the river you could have seen the start point. IT WAS SO BORING. The whole boat load seemed bored. Some even looking at their phones, and it wasn't to take pictures! Coming back we went maybe 5 miles an hour while the captain told us a long drawn out story about gator mating. Of course i know they were trying to waste time BECAUSE WE HADNT GONE ANYWHERE!! Do not waste your money, Please do better on y'all's tour and stop wasting peoples time and money!
A load of fun boat Trip is a trip to go on a airboat not to see alligators but it is alot of fun learning about historical stuff don't go on it if you want to see alligators but it's worth it

We were all very disappointed in the air boat ride. After going on one in Kissimmee, and in Ft Lauderdale, we expected an exciting ride. This ride was definitely not exciting. Ages on our trip ranged from late 20s to early 70s. I'm 71. The ride was so slow it was absolutely boring. The captain did give incite to some of the history was was ok. But overall disappointed.
