DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP THROUGH VIATOR. They do not send through the right bar codes. The staff there says it happens all the time with this company. The manager Ahmed was brilliant in helping us sort it out but became very stressful as attraction was due to close for the night while we were trying to get it sorted. No issues with any other Viator tickets but don’t recommend to book through here. Experience itself was good and would recommend the Dubai Eye.
This experience was breathtaking !! Absolutely spectacular and we will never forget the feeling. Worth every single penny.

I had chosen a noon appointment. But the Ferris wheel didn't leave until 2 p.m. The booking confirmation was also issued at 12 noon. The booking confirmation was not considered a ticket. A security guard then helped us to the tickets. I may have made a mistake at home.
Ich hatte 12 Uhr mittags Termin gewählt. Das Riesenrad fuhr aber erst ab 14 Uhr. Die Buchungsbestätigung war auch auf 12 Uhr ausgestellt. Die Buchungsbestätigung galt nicht als Ticket. Ein Sicherheitsmann hat uns dann noch zu den Tickets verholfen. Es kann sein, dass mir zu Hause ein Fehler unterlaufen ist.
Easily booked, excellent experience. Would definitely use Arabian Destination Tourism again.. and would definitely go on the eye again.
