This was a very good tour of The Tower of London and viewing the Crown Jewels, the information was relayed to us by a very jolly yoemen of the guards his knowledge was excellent. A fabulous trip well worth the money
I was there. The operator was not there. I went through the museum on my own after several attempts to retrieve tickets. The app has several bugs to which even the Tower of London Museum stated that customers "always have issues with Viator". The operator never called. Never showed up. Never said they would show up. Nothing. That said if there was something extra charged for the service , it's NOT WORTH IT. It's simple to do this tour on your own. Further they refused a refund even though i went on my own with no tour. Don't do it.

Great experience and lots of history. It was an easy entry process with the prepaid admission and ticket delivery.
This was cheaper than booking direct with Tower - no time slot needed and no trouble at all. Had a couple of questions post booking, including change of day, all handled without delay by customer service . Highly recommended

We visited the Tower of London with three first time visitors and one return visitor from 1974. The day was warm and after figuring out how to manage the light rail system, we were delivered very near the Tower. It was a crowded weekend visit, but we had no problem with seeing what we wanted to see. The longest line was outside the Crown Jewels, with no shade, but it moved faster than expected and was well worth the wait. We enjoyed visiting with the guards, the food at the cafe, and the different displays which were very well done.

Awful!!! The group was way too large, we were tripping all over each other to hear the guide. She spoke very quickly and was not easy to understand at all. We had no earphones, we dropped out after 10 minutes and bought earphones from another group and did a self guided tour. Very disappointed, we have never had a problem before. Sent complaint and requested refund!

Once inside, visitors can join the complimentary guided tours led by the Yeoman Warders, widely known as the Beefeaters. These historic tours are included free with your general admission ticket and cannot be booked in advance. They are operated directly by the Tower of London. We’re sorry that you found the group difficult to follow and that the commentary was not easy to understand. An amazing collection of items and stories from the history of England. The yeoman warder led tour not to be missed. Easily allow a whole day and immerse yourself in living history
Recommend going as early as possible to avoid the worst of the crowds in summer. Everyone goes straight to the crown jewels. We had 9 am tickets and had the White Tower to ourselves.
I have normally had excellent experience with Viator. But today I was 20 min early, waited for 15 minutes, and could never find my representative. I ended up simply purchasing a ticket to view B Palace on my own. That tour was amazing so I would definitely recommend that. I would prefer to be refunded for this trip, but I don’t hold out much hope of that happening sadly.
