Turen tar cirka 90 minuter i stadig takt och kan innefatta användning av steg, trappor, ramper, rulltrappor och hissar. Bekväma walking skor och väder lämpliga kläder rekommenderas starkt eftersom banan innehåller externa områden. Medan du är på ovalen, ta dig tid att vandra genom den berömda Bradman Collection, lånad från State Library of South Australia. Samlingen följer Sir Donald Bradmans framsteg från klubba cricketer till den internationella scenen. Fantastic tour experience. Tony led us all around the oval and into some places rarely seen by the public, including the AFL media area. Lots of historical knowledge and insights into some great sporting moments. Our tour was supposed to go for 90 minutes, but it stretched to almost 2 hours with no complaints. We were thrilled to have this behind-the-scenes access to an amazing venue. Highly recommended!

Great experience, you must be able to walk throughout the experience and have good walking shoes on as you are up and down stairs, escalators etc. Michael our guide today was so informative. He made sure he understood his audience (cricket, afl or both) and your favourite teams. He was an excellent guide and happy to answer any questions the groups had. Coffee shop is a good stop off before or after your tour. Not much merchandise to buy about the Adelaide Oval. Would highly recommend if you had a sporting interest.
Very thorough overview of the history of the Oval as well as modern day information. We covered a lot of ground, walking and climbing stairs, literally covering all areas of the oval. I enjoyed it very much.
We recently did a tour at Adelaide Oval and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were lucky enough to have John Hallett as our guide, which made the experience even more special. His background in both cricket and football meant the tour went far beyond the usual information. He shared personal stories, behind-the-scenes insights, and brought the history of the Oval to life in such an engaging way. The tour itself was fantastic—well organised, interesting, and a great mix of history, sport, and behind-the-scenes access. But what really made it stand out was John’s knowledge and the way he covered everything with such passion and authenticity. It felt less like a standard tour and more like hearing stories from someone who has truly been part of Adelaide Oval’s history. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting—it was a memorable experience and definitely a highlight.
The scoreboard was of particular interest. The enire tour was useful and entertaining. The change rooms was another highlight.
