It was a fantastic tour - OX was a very well organised tour company and the whole trip was extremely well run. Our main Guide Axel did a great job by giving us loads of information throughout and keeping the tour group motivated and understanding what was coming up on a challenging hike. The group size is quite large compared to other tour groups but this wasnt a problem as we had a main guide and 3 local guides throughout who were all very helpful. All in all a great trip.
The experience was as expected. The pre meeting was too long, and they can do that on the internet instead. First breakfast is not necessary. The meeting time should be later. Overall, they treated the group well.

An incredible and unique experience! From the very first moment, they made us feel very welcome. The service was excellent, the guides were super friendly, patient, and always attentive to ensure that everyone enjoyed the tour. The food was delicious and the cabins were very comfortable, perfect for resting after the hike. Additionally, we were lucky that the weather was on our side: a spectacular day to climb the volcano and another sunrise that was simply unforgettable. Without a doubt, I recommend experiencing this beautiful adventure with OX. It was an adventure that I will remember forever!

Henry was a very informative guide and very accommodating. I did this hike with friends and I had a few moments that I struggled with. They were patient and waited for me to catch my breath with the altitude. The guide and porters were great and the view was beautiful. The cabin was comfy and we were prepared for all weather conditions during the meeting before. I would highly recommend this tour!
Henry was our tour guide for the Double Whammy experience and he did a tremendous job keeping everyone safe and informed while providing an incredible experience. Once in a lifetime experience that's I'll never forget!
We had an amazing trip up to Acatenago!! I felt so safe the whole time and the guides did a fabulous job of helping us along and making sure everybody was okay. Henry, our lead guide, was absolutely amazing at both communicating and keeping us all excited to be there!! Would suggest everyone to book through OX tours!!
I had an incredible experience with OX Expedition during our climb up the volcano. Everything was very well organized from the start, and the guides were friendly, professional, and always attentive to the safety and well-being of the entire group. The hike was challenging but totally worth it. The landscapes and views were spectacular, and thanks to the team's support and motivation, I was able to enjoy every moment of the adventure. It's clear they know the route very well and are passionate about what they do.
