We were a group of 35 adults and we were received by Ms. Minh Thuy`-Grace Nguyen at the airport and she accompanied us for three days, she went above and beyond to assist us making our travel and sightseeing a much fulfilling experience, the way she timed out daily trip, explaining in details all tourist attractions and even helping us to find what each one of us wanted to get from the city to take home is much appreciated. Grace was very pleasant and calm, always smiling and dealing with each one of us with patience and gracefully, she spoke about Vietnam culture and heritage, history and people with lot of proud and ensured each one of us understood all details about Da Nang and surroundings very well. Being in a large group and having two days to see maximum place in Da Nang and Hoi ang and on the hills she ensured being promot and efficient in a timely manner. Grace was truly an amazing person who takes extreme proud and happy to share the knowledge as well as showcased and outgoing personality and behaved with "can do attitude" going extramile to please everyone....we thank her for her efforts and dedication and commitment to make sure our trip was outstanding and a memorable one.

We recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang and Bana Hill and couldn't be more grateful for the excellent service and attention to detail from our travel agent Grace! From the very start, the planning was smooth and easy. Grace was very accommodating and did her best to tailor the trip based on our interests and budget. She was very responsive and timely with our requests. The hotels were lovely, transfers were on time, and the tours really helped us experience the local culture and food in the best way. We are a couple from Malaysia who discovered this tour through friends. Initially, we were told they had enough members for the trip, so we decided to contact the tour guide directly. Tuy was fantasticshe managed everything superbly. We opted for a full package and were relieved not to have stayed on top of Ba Na Hills, as it was quite cold during our visit. Overall, the tour was excellent. My husband particularly enjoyed the cooking class, while my son loved the Cham dance the most. We highly recommend Tuy as a tour guide; she has a profound love for sharing all aspects of Vietnam, not just the central destinations. Booking Tuy as our tour guide was a bit challenging, but we managed it without any extra payment, and it was well worth the effort. She truly was a treasure for our trip, making us feel happy and relaxed throughout. Tuy and her team provided our large group of 28 with a clean and comfortable coach for our 7-day adventure, starting from Da Nang Airport. To be honest, I was quite tired from the flight and the long airport queues on the first day, but everything improved with our first meal at a lovely restaurant that served delicious food. My group enjoyed most of the food throughout the trip, and all the hotels were clean and well-located. Bana Hills was a highlight for many of us; we spent over 6 hours there, only leaving after capturing the stunning sunset. We also loved the Dragon Bridge and the coconut caramel dessert served nearby. There's so much more I could share, but I'll leave it here. Thank you, Tuy, for being such an exceptional guide. We hope to see you again in Hong Kong one day!

Very well planned holiday by a meticulous tour guide. A good balance of historical and must see tourist spots, and delectable meals and mputhwatering treats at different sites.
