My trip to Peru with Waman Adventures was well organized. The tour guide Mr. Julio Cesar was knowledgeable and looked after us very well. I highly recommend booking with them.
We had an amazing time. WAMAN Adventures really made sure that we were where we needed to be, and that we were comfortable. The company coordinated seceral tours and all of them were fascinating. They even helped with airport transfers after the main tour. We have nothing but praise for this experience .
Our 9-days in Peru on this tour was action packed with really thoughtfully currated activities that push myself and my 16-year old daughter out of our comfort zones. We were guided by locals (Renzo in Lima and Ica, Yeny in Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and Rafael at the Rainbow Mountain). Each evidenced how much they cared for both our experience and making tourism sustainable for their country. Our drivers were timely and safe which is a real challenge in this traffic environment. Our hotels and arranged food was excellent and made the experience comfortable and authentic.
This was my first solo international trip & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wayman coordinated everything from my transfers to/from airports, to hotels & all of the wonderful tours. The guides were all top notch, very friendly & knowledgeable, especially my main guide, Papa Freddy! I would highly recommend Wayman for your Peru adventure!
Waman is a local Peruvian company and was a great company to deal with. We were very lucky to have Papa Freddy as our tour guide for Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. He was easily the best guide we had throughout our entire South American holiday. He is very experienced and deeply passionate about Peruvian culture, customs, and traditions. He enthusiastically shared this knowledge with our group, making the experience truly memorable and enjoyable.
This has been an incredible trip which greatly exceeded my already high expectations. Waman Adventures had excellent organisation and gave me detailed support whenever I was unsure, both in Australia and in Peru. The guides were also of high quality with great local knowledge and warm, caring personalities- I felt fully supported and was able to complete the more challenging - and wonderful- days. An unforgettable experience that was very well organized. We had one minor setback, and they resolved it quickly for us. They kept our personal belongings safe during the excursions. We recently completed the Inca Adventures 7 Day Trip with Waman Adventures and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Nohemi, was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of the trip and genuinely cared about everyone in our group. You could tell she was passionate about what she does and wanted everyone to have the best experience possible. Our driver, Jimmy, was exceptional as well. He got us to every destination safely and efficiently throughout the trip. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend sitting near the front of the transport vehicle and chatting with Jimmy — he is absolutely hilarious and made the drives even more enjoyable. He also consistently checked in on guests and clearly cared about everyone having a great experience. Communication from the Waman Adventures office staff was excellent the entire time. Everything was punctual, organized, and we were never left wondering about the next day’s itinerary or plans. Every destination we visited was incredible, and honestly there wasn’t a single stop on the trip that I wouldn’t recommend. This was an unforgettable experience and I would absolutely recommend Waman Adventures to anyone visiting Peru.
We had an amazing and memorable experience in Peru with the Waman team, especially Darwin, who was incredibly thorough and attentive during the planning process. Our guide, JC, was outstanding—very patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Incan culture. He explained everything in great detail and guided us seamlessly through the sacred valley, Machu Picchu, Short Inca Trail, making the entire journey even more special.
