Lisandro, the Machu Picchu guide, is a luxury!
Visiting Lima, Cusco, and the Machu Picchu Citadel is a striking personal experience, more than recommended, that exceeds all prior expectations based on movies, videos, and photographs. Fantastic tour through the historic areas of Lima and Cusco. The trip on the panoramic train that combines landscapes, traditional dances, entertainment, snacks, and warm and courteous support staff is a major highlight of the tour. The tour of the Citadel is impressive and magical; the architecture surrounded by mountain peaks, the precision of the construction, the temples, and the terraces are astonishing. For a comprehensive visit with medium effort, circuit 2 is recommended, accompanied by a professional guide who greatly improves the experience.
Excellent service from our coordinators, guides, hotel staff, and drivers in Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu town; always attentive to our well-being and peace of mind, they kept us informed and supported at all times. Excellent travel agency! We had a perfect trip through Peru thanks to your impeccable organization and dedication. From the time we arrived in Lima until the last day in Cusco, the trip was great; they picked us up every time at the agreed-upon time, they were friendly, and there was good communication. One of the girls even lost her cell phone in the vehicle and they returned it; special mention to Johan, who answered messages even at dawn to recover it. All the guides we had were 10/10, and I make special mention of Carlos, Elmer, Dante, and Juan, who were very good at explaining the stories and the places, and were even patient when members of our group of 8 felt sick. The only suggestion I would make is that the day of the 7-color mountain be a little more relaxed and not so rushed, or even on a day when we are more rested, since we had to do it after coming from Machu Picchu. We had a delay on the train, arrived late, and left very early; we only had 3 hours of rest, plus the winding road to get there, and added to the altitude, we all had a bit of a hard time. We completely understand that coming from Paraguay we are not used to that altitude, but the exhaustion and the road were not very helpful for arriving in the best condition; perhaps if there had been better rest, we would have arrived better that day. Everything else was perfect :) All the guides were very good and kind about taking photos, and the hotels were impeccable, especially the AVA Spot in the Sacred Valley, which is very beautiful.

This company has been quite a discovery! Everything very well organized! They notify you of the plan and contact you via WhatsApp to let you know the time! The guides were very professional, attentive and looked after you at all times! I wanted to expressly mention Gonzalo Vázquez, the transfer guide, because my Lima/Madrid flight was canceled and he didn't leave me alone for a moment, he was by my side calming me down and helping me! I will never forget that! And also Brissel who was my guide in Machu Picchu! A wonderful person and since I was her only client she acted as my personal photographer 🤪 All the guides who assisted me were a 10, to mention a few I would say Michael in Lima, Álvaro, Abdel in Cusco.
