Our Safari experience with Suricata was a blast. From planning our private tour online with Richard, to arrival details with Twalbu, and last but not least... the incredible experience we had with our guide, Jordan. Always smiling, great mood, Jordan knows everything about his country from fauna, flora, geography, history... we learnt a lot (Swahili kidogo pia). Jordan also makes sure we have fun, learn, eat enough, and to slow down and stop for areas of interest, even when we were taking pictures of Zebras in front of a Rhinos, which surprised him ;) If all guides are alike at Suricata, I can only recommend. Tutaonana siku nyingine ! Ho hisse la saucisse !

We had a great safari experience. Our driver, Adam, was warm and friendly and a great companion for our six day trip. He was good at understanding what we wanted and great at answering questions about the wildlife. He also did a good of letting us know what to expect each day and for each park, which was great for us as first time safari-goers. Thanks for a great trip.

We concluded today 5 days of magnificent safaris (Tarangire-Serengeti-Ngorongoro). It was a wonderful experience. We were particularly impressed by the Serengeti National Park. Our guide Jumbe Frank took us over on Monday and made us live a dream. He accompanied us, followed us, instructed us and pampered us at all times. We lived precious moments, in tune with nature and the environment that surrounded us. We saw 4 of the big five up close and discovered the variety and beauty of Tanzania. Jumbe Frank also provided us with a lot of interesting information about the culture and traditions of this beautiful land. All the structures proposed and organized by Suricata Safari welcomed us with goodwill, great hospitality and kindness. Jumbe Frank’s nature lunch picnics will forever remain in our hearts and memories. Tasty food, breathtaking views and exchange of recipes. A fantastic safari, a single success without any problem or hitch and with so many emotions. An unforgettable and unique experience for the whole family. Our safari with Suricata far exceeded our expectations - we saw and experienced so much in such a short period of time. Felt like a tightly packed nature documentary. Our guide, Dashi, must have been clairvoyant because he always seemed to know exactly where the action was and was so confident from the beginning that we were going to see a lot. And we did! Additionally he was such a good natured, jovial, and well informed person to spend six days with. We truly enjoyed our first African adventure and can’t wait to return! If you choose Suricata for your safari dreams, do ask for Dashi!

Our safari exceeded our wildest dreams. We had been looking forward to a safari in Tanzania for years. Even so, our experience was more than we possibly could have imagined. We saw the Great Migration, a pride of lions stalk and chase a zebra, all the Big Five, and dozens of cute and beautiful birds and mammals. Our guide and driver, Dashi, was fantastic in every way. He was friendly, sweet, funny, informative, kind, a great driver, and knew exactly where and when to go in every park we visited. Dashi is truly a special person, and I doubt there are many other guides that could live up to the standard he has set. We have already told the rest of our family to book a Suricata safari - with Dashi! - soon!

The best experience ever! Rastaman was the BEST driver and guide you could wish for - making an already great experience even more memorable with his wealth of stories and information about the animals, trees, plants, migration, history, and more. We were so lucky and grateful to have him as our guide. We spent over 10 hours/day on the road and he never seemed to tire. I can't say enough good things about him! We saw every animal and bird imaginable - the big 5 and so much more. He stopped everywhere we asked, stayed as long as we wished, and answered every question with detail and pride. The lodges and camps were great. Clean and welcoming. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly. We couldn't have felt more welcome and cared for. Anything we asked for was accommodated with a smile. Also a big shout out to Daniel who helped us through everything in Arusha - a true joy and pleasure in every way!

We had a fantastic time. All staff were very nice. Shoutout to Daniel and manager Hilary. Also Lewis our tour guide was very informative and helped us to find the Big 5 and other animals. We were completely satisfied with this tour company and Accommodations. Although there were a few hiccups, Daniel and Hilary made sure to take care of all our needs.

It was a truly amazing and a beautiful 6 day safari in Tarangire, Manyara. Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide Gorden was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable and able to take us to the best spots to observe the wildlife. We saw the big five, the ugly five and more. All accommodations in the parks were wonderful. This was absolutely a dream trip. Thanks Suricata!

My wife and I went on an incredible 6-day midrange private tour with Suricata Safari’s guide- Ameri. We saw so much African wildlife, ate delicious meals, and stayed at beautiful, comfortable, friendly lodges! 4hrs into our first day with Ameri, I told my wife I was thrilled that we picked Suricata as our Safari company. Without a doubt in my mind, they were the best safari company everywhere we went. I will be coming with Suricata Safaris in the future and hope to see Ameri again!
