- Det finns bara två flygbolag som förbinder Bhutan med omvärlden och därför kan det vara svårt att säkra flygbiljetter, särskilt under högsäsongsmånaderna. För närvarande är Bhutan ansluten till dessa städer - Bagdogra, Bangkok, Delhi, Dhaka, Guwahati, Kathmandu, Kolkata, Singapore. Vi rekommenderar att du bokar dina internationella flyg några månader i förväg, särskilt om du planerar att besöka under högsäsong månaderna mars till maj och september till november. Om du behöver hjälp med att ordna flyg till/från Bhutan, vänligen meddela oss mycket i förväg.
- När du har bokat turen, skicka oss tydliga passkopior av alla deltagare. En biodatasida inklusive den maskinläsbara zonen måste synas tydligt. Pass bör ha minst 6 MÅNADER giltighet från den dag du reser från Bhutan. Du kanske också vill kontrollera passkraven för ditt nästa destinationsland efter Bhutan. En kopia av ditt e-visum kommer att skickas till dig via e-post när det har godkänts. Det tar bara 4-5 arbetsdagar att få visumgodkännande och det är 100 procent garanterat så länge vi får tydliga passkopior på alla deltagare. Själva visumet kommer att stämplas i ditt pass vid ankomst. Skicka passkopiorna till den lokala leverantörens e-postadress.

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. The company takes care of everything, providing you with a hassle-free experience. Our tour guide (Tshering) and driver (Gyeltshen) were incredibly receptive to our needs, and remained flexible if we wanted to alter the itinerary in any way. This was by far one of the best trips I have ever been on. Normally I prefer to explore places on my own, but doing this trip with a guide and driver felt perfect. From my first contact with Bhutan Acorn Tours until my flight out of Bhutan everything went very smoothly. Bhutan Acorn Tours takes care of everything for you: visa, flights,... They provide you an itinerary, but they are open to you making changes. For exemple: I wanted to see some takins, so they added a visit to the preserve on the first day. The rest of the trip was simply amazing. Friendly and fun guide and driver (almost felt like a road trip with friends), stunning temples and dzongs, breathtaking views, rewarding hikes, delicious food,... Bhutan just has so much to offer, and Bhutan Acorn Tours delivers it in the best way! I will definitely return to Bhutan one day to visit other areas and I will definitely reach out to Bhutan Acorn Tours then.
I cannot recommend this trip enough. It is for active hikers, but it is worth every step you take. If you get a chance, please request Tashi, he is one of the best guides out there. So happy and knowledgeable he really made us feel welcome. He taught us all about bhutan and buddism and how special this place really is. I cannot recommend this trip enough. Explored Bhutan on a delightful 6-day tour with Bhutan Acorn Tours and Travel in October 2023. Bhutan, an enchanting and tranquil country, feels like a world of its own, surrounded by a profound spiritual ambiance. The warm locals contribute to its inviting atmosphere. The pre-trip communication was seamless, swiftly arranging flights and visas. Received valuable pre-departure tips, such as securing a window seat for a Himalayan view during the flight. In Bhutan, my guide Tshiring and driver Tashi were well-informed, adjusting the itinerary based on my interests and energy levels, making the journey enjoyable and effortless. Bhutan Acorn's accommodations were cozy, including a night in a farmhouse for an immersive cultural experience. Highly recommend embarking on an authentic Bhutanese journey with them, going beyond typical tours.

This was an excellent tour in everyway. Truly the trip of a lifetime. Most notably, in my case, I contacted Bhutan Acorn on a wednesday and they had a full tour booked and arranged for me for arrival on Saturday. My plans were completely last minute, as I was in Bangladesh prior. After booking, I didn't have to plan a single thing. I was met at the airport, and all accommodations and meals were taken care of. The private mini-suv was new, clean, and reliable. Accommodations were top notch and all the buffet meals were very tasty! Mr Tashi is an excellent and knowledgeable guide, who passionately shared the rich history of the sites we visited. He even made it a point to snap several photos from our trip. He had answers to all my questions. and, he's just an all around cool guy to spend the day with!

A friend and I toured Bhutan with Bhutan Acorn Tours and Travel through the 7D/6N Hidden Kingdom of Bhutan experience. We did the tour over the Christmas holidays from 30th of December to 05 January. Karma was very responsive when setting up the tour in the months prior and communications regarding our itinerary and visa were very clear and efficient. Predeparture information was also provided which was useful for our route via Delhi. Upon arrival, we met with Tashi Dorji who was our guide for the week and who truly made it a memorable trip. His knowledge on the rich cultural, religious and natural heritage throughout each region was excellent, where the very interesting stories of ancient legends were portrayed wonderfully with colorful stories at different temples and sites that we visited. Tashi also educated us widely on the social, environment and economic values of Bhutan. All of our lodges were very comfortable and the local cuisine was great, with a wide variety of tasty dishes during each meal. We highly recommend doing a homestay, if the option is available on your tour package also. This gave us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a peaceful traditional stay in a highland Bhutanese home. If hiking is your thing, this is the place to be. All the trails were brilliant, though the Tigers Nest trek stands out as being one of the most incredible hikes I have ever done. I would highly recommend traveling to Bhutan with Bhutan Acorn Tours and Travel! Thank you Tashi and Karma for a great advernture.

Traveled Bhutan on 6 D/5N tour with Bhutan Acorn Tours and Travel in Nov 2022. Bhutan is a lovely country, very spiritual and tranquil, a world of its own. Its people are friendly and welcoming. Communication before the trip was excellent with flights and visa arranged promptly. Valuable pre departure information was provided including how to secure a window seat to view the Himalaya mountains during flight! In Bhutan Ms Lhamo was my guide and she expertly shared her knowledge and insights about her country on a wide range of subjects from birds to historical folklore and the local deities. The itinerary was reviewed often and adjusted based on my interests and energy level. The lodging provided by Bhutan Acorn was quite comfortable. I stayed one night in a farmhouse and appreciated experiencing first-hand the local culture. I would highly recommend traveling with Bhutan Acorn Tours and Travel.
