Chassahowitzka floden — lokalbefolkningen kallar det "The Chaz" — är vad du får när du kör förbi alla trånga källor och fortsätter. Varje tur leds av en passionerad & kunnig Guide som körs i små grupper och använder 100% klara tandemkajaker. Vi erbjuder två säsongsöppna kajakturer här: Manatee Season Tours (15 november–31 mars) : fokuserar på att upptäcka dessa mjuka jättar i deras naturliga miljö. Summer Springs Tours (1 april–14 november): allt om vårshopping, djurliv och bad i fantastiska sötvattenskällor.

Ditt äventyr börjar vid Seven Sisters Campground, undangömt längs en lugn kanal strax utanför Chassahowitzkafloden. Därifrån paddlar vi till de berömda Seven Sisters Springs, där klart vatten rinner över gamla kalkstensformationer. Du ser naturliga undervattenstunnlar som förbinder källorna – perfekt för ett litet dopp eller bara för att njuta av utsikten. Därefter fortsätter vi nedströms mot Baird Creek, en slingrande vattenväg som endast kan nås med små paddelbåtar. Omgiven av överhängande träd och orörd vildmark känns det som att kliva in i en verklig djungel – många gäster säger att det är som att paddla genom en scen från Jurassic Park. Denna tur erbjuder en blandning av fantastiska vårvyer, dolda hörn av "Old Florida" och massor av chanser att upptäcka vilda djur längs vägen. Oavsett om du paddlar, simmar eller bara flyter och tar in allt är det en upplevelse du inte vill missa.

Crosby was a great kayak tour guide on the Chaz. He knew the best places to see that were not as crowded on a holiday weekend. We saw turtles and river otters! He shared interesting facts about the area. We will definitely ask for him again!

Guided tour with Kenny. We were the only guests. We had a great time. Kenny was fun & could answer our constant questions. Easy paddle with a stop at seven sisters to swim through the linked holes. Highly recommend
