Wow, what an amazing experience! The yacht was gorgeous and so luxurious. The crew were all so nice and accommodating. Always checking on us, and finding us wherever we were on the boat to deliver drinks or ask if we wanted anything else. The tours they arranged for us were also fantastic, including a local rowing boat ride through some natural caves, kayaking or swimming, and a spring roll-making class. There was also an optional add-on tour by speed boat of some popular filming locations in the area. This is a must-do if you're visiting Hanoi!! And incredible value, too.
The service from the staff was very good. The facilities on the boat were modern and the food was good as well. The boat and the connecting transport were both top class. Remember to bring extra cash because the drinks aren’t free except for water which they did not replenish after lunch once used. Also if you want the speedboat extension this is at your cost and you can’t use a card to pay.
Great Service, great experience! Good food, the best egg coffee! Kayaking, boat tour, golfing everything. Overall, the environment should also be respected more (e-ships..) so that this natural paradise is worth visiting for a long time to come.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The activities were exciting, with kayaking and swimming in the bay being the highlights of the trip. The ship itself was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds comfortable. The food was excellent, with a varied buffet and a delicious dinner.
