5 dagars rundtur i Bhutan

My trip to Bhutan would stay with me as not just another trip to a different land, but, as a cherishable journey to another world. We were a group of six poeple, led by our tourist guide, Mr. Bishnu and the car driver, Mr. Prakash. Sites we visited were the Big Buddha temple , the Motithang Takin Preserve and the Living Museum, Simply Bhutan and the market in Thimphu, the Fertility Temple and the Dzong in Punakha and the Paro Dzong and the Museum. Our able guide Mr. Bishnu thankfully familiarised us with the history of each site, of Bhutan as a whole, with the basics of Vajrayana, the Buddhism mostly practised in Bhutan. This certainly made our site seeing much more meaningful and memorable. We had a kid in our group for whom we visited two childrens' parks in Bhutan and, not to speak of the kid, even as adults we enjoyed the ambience there due to the amicable nature of the people and the kids too. The Heavenly Bhutan Travels team was flexible with their itinery, and kept our choices at the front. The Bhutanese people were a big pleasant surprise with their extreme hospitality, untiring politeness and rich culture. All the ladies in our group including the kid bought traditional Bhutanese attires- the Kira and the Pego. The local food was mouth watering. I wonder when will I be able to have Ema Datshi and Sikam Datshi again. Nature on one side and the people with thier attractive culture on the other join hands to make Bhutan a dream abode that is desired by visitors to revisit again and again.

Recently completed a 6D/5N Bhutan tour across Thimpu, Punakha and Paro with "Heavenly Bhutan" and it was an amazing experience. Tshering from the central office was super helpful with proposing tour plans, answering all my questions and arranging all the logistics in a timely fashion. Our guide Somnath Acharya (Som) and driver Pemba Dorji was exceptional. They took really good care of my aged mom, always helped her getting in and out of the car and while going up and down the stairs. They ensured we got to see all the important places without rushing us and helped with taking plenty of beautiful pictures. They even took us to great restaurants and suggested special Bhutanese dishes that we should try. Som also patiently explained the history of the various places we visited and ensured we understood the different customs and lifestyle of the people. We really enjoyed the tour and will definitely be back to explore other parts of the country with "Heavenly Bhutan".

I recently returned from a solo trip to Bhutan, and I cannot recommend my tour team enough. Traveling alone can sometimes be daunting, but from the moment I arrived, Dorji (my tour guide) and the driver made me feel incredibly safe, welcomed, and cared for. Dorji is truly a standout guide. His passion for Bhutan is infectious; he didn't just show me the sites, he shared the history and culture of his country in such rich detail that it brought every location to life. Beyond his vast knowledge, he is genuinely funny, kind, and always attentive to my needs. I was particularly worried about the physical demands of the trip, especially the hike to Tiger’s Nest, as hiking isn’t my strong suit. Dorji was incredibly patient and encouraging, providing all the support I needed to make it to the top. It is an experience I will never forget, and I owe it to his guidance. As an added bonus, he is also a fantastic photographer who made sure I had wonderful photos to remember the trip by. I am so appreciative of his energy, his deep love for Bhutan’s nature, and the professional, warm service provided by the entire team. If you are planning a trip to Bhutan, I highly recommend requesting Heavenly Bhutan, which made my journey truly special.

We had a wonderful experience traveling through Bhutan. The itinerary was very well planned, the stay arrangements were comfortable, and everything was organized smoothly, making the entire trip easy and enjoyable. My wife and I came here to explore Bhutan. Som Nath and Nima took us to all the places and guided us the information about each place. Our guides were so gentle and kind to us from the day 1 to seeing us off. Nima sir Driving was amazing in the hill station and Som Nath provided in depth information about the Bhutan.
