To say the least, Carlos was an amazing guide! He taught me so much about Ecuadorian culture and history. He is very knowledgeable and took care to recommend restaurants that he knows were easier on a tourist's stomach. I would not have had such a rich experience in the countryside without such a good guide. It was the perfect balance of flexibility and scheduling so that I got to see the highlights. The accommodations were great, especially Itamandi lodge and the staff there. They were so welcoming and willing to share Quichua culture. Overall, I hope you use Carlos for other tours and I would definitely recommend Ecuador Best Tours to my friends and family. Thank you for a great and carefree experience in Ecuador!

We organised tour with Suviatour based on local recommendation last minute without having prior experience. All communication was excellent, very good english with prompt responses and excellent service. We had Hugo as our private tour guide, visited hotsprings, spend few days living the "jungle" life with locals having great fun, tubing on river, playing volleyball in the jungle and learning many interesting things. After jungle we moved to Banos where Suviatour recommended excellent agency for Canyoning, which was fabulous. After that we have climbed to glacier on Cotopaxi. So to sum, Suviatour organised amazing 5 days for us which we could never do on our own in this short period of time as our vacation was limited. Many thanks to our great guide Hugo :), many thanks to Luis and Gaby from Suviatour for the organisation you are our new friends!
