Our group of six received outstanding service from all the guides with Lima tours. Our guides went above and beyond anything we expected to ensure we had exactly the trip we had dreamed of. We did this tour in 2nd Week of April 2019. AVOID this tour if you are a English Speaker! Total Waste of MONEY!! The highlight of this tour was the guide that LIMA Tours gave us on our trip to Macha Picchu. He was supposed to be English Speaking, but he was speaking with a heavy Japenese accent, we could not follow half the things he said!! The parts we were able to follow, he was FACTUALLY INCORRECT. He used to call the INCAs, the "INKS" and he told us that Incas build Maccha Picchu in 11th Century AD!!! In fact, the Incan empire only started in 1200 AD and this place was probably build in 14th to 15th Century AD!! In essence, if you are an ENGLISH speaker, LIMA Tours is NOT GOOD, TERRIBLE!! LIMA Tours does NOT Provide value for money!! This tour claims to be 5 days and 4 nights. In fact it is only 3 half days and 4 nights. And, it might be good if you are Spanish speaking, but we cannot vouch for it!! In fact, we took one day tour with Viajo Pacifico and they did a good job. The tour guide was speaking Good English and he was quite knowledgful. Try and check them out, may be they will good.

We are deeply sorry that there was a miscommunication problem during the tour. -The information about the XI century is part of an introductory explanation about the origins of the Inca Empire and the creation of the city of Cusco, supported by chroniclers and historians. Part of the explanation also involves diverse theories about the origins of this civilization, which might have caused confusion. About the duration of the tour: -We always provide to our guests the details of what the tour includes.
