That the tour was super boring. Very low energy. I could have hired a black cab to do the same as our driver did.
Our tour guide jose/joe was pleasant and knowledgeable he stopped and let us explore sites at our leisure. There was so much traffic and people that we made several detours that our group at times didnt know how we got there. It would have been an added bonus to have had a map so we could have followed along with jose as he expertly navigated the streets.
Spent most time in traffic. Language barrier. Driver asked where to go. I wanted a guided tour. NWI.
Our city tour was cancelled without anyone reaching out to us. It’s extremely hot currently in London, and the vehicle didn’t have air conditioning, which we understand completely, however, no one bothered to call, email, or even text us to let us know there would be no tour. We sat waiting outside our hotel for about 15 minutes before deciding to call, where we waited an additional 10 minutes or so for them to advise us that it had been cancelled. Terribly poor customer service if you ask me, I wouldn’t book again due to this. So disrespectful of a paying customer’s time.
Everything happened within the agreed. Very helpful and attentive people. Time keeping. Impeccable vehicles. All 5*.

Josue was an excellent guide. He was friendly and was able to not only give us a tour, but give us the rich history behind allot of areas of London.
Can’t say enough great things about my guy Leo from Brazil! Very professional and knowledgeable about London and all 32 boroughs. Did you know the Queen is the only person that can travel anywhere in the world without a passport? I didn’t know that, but Leo did. Highly recommended tour.
We had a great time with our driver guide " Leo" he was very informative and knowledgeable about London. I would recommend to extend the tour by two hours, the city is huge and there is loads to see. Regards
We had Leo has our driver tour guide he was excellent. He had information and facts during the entire tour. As well didn’t have us sit in traffic, he would reroute the tour so we could see many sites.
