The first one broke down and would not go into another gear. It wrecked the rest of our time in the island dealing with it through WhatsApp. They weren’t there when we returned

Rented 2 mobility scooters to see the city. We had one go dead after 2 hours and another right after. They didnt have any others. Owner offered a 2 seat tuk tuk or our money back. We took our money back. He mentioned he would check to make sure they were properly charged. Scooters were very used. This might have added to the isssue we had. Arm rests were foam or nothing. Backup alarm would sound for no reason. I would give them another shot next time in Curacao

My wife was initially hesitant in booking this excursion bc of some mixed reviews but let me just say, she had a fabulous time! This experience deserves 5 stars and here’s the reasons: 1. The owner personally called us (WhatsApp) to inform us the mini-jeeps wouldn’t be available due to mechanical issues. Instead of canceling, he offered us a private tour, which is something my wife actually preferred! 2. Our day turned into a beautiful experience with a change in itinerary: we visited the flamingo sanctuary, Playa Porto Mari, Cas Abao, the Williwood sign, Playa Forti (where we stopped for a meal at your expense) and Plays Piskado/Grandi. My wife also asked to stop “downtown” to visit the floating market where she picked up fresh mangoes and even tried some soursop. She loved the flexibility! 3. It rained a bit during the day, and honestly, we were glad we weren’t in the open mini-jeeps. We would have been soaked and muddy and my wife dresses for the photo opportunities , not for mud! The private vehicle kept us dry and comfortable. The experience felt personal, safe and special! Masha danki for an amazing day! Just a note: make sure you bring your snorkeling gear and water shoes (some of the beaches are rocky) and the beaches charge a fee for chairs and umbrella (we didn’t rent bc we spent our time snorkeling and taking pictures)

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an ATV. The driver showed up alone, there was no one else, no soda and water, etc. The ATV was old and I was not able to drive. I requested a refund because I didn't feel comfortable. The owner called and cussed me out (Abraham) I would not recommend this tour. He refused a refund. Totally ruined my birthday. I would never ever deal with this company again

Nothing was expected. The Atv was old and I wasn't able to drive. None of the agenda was done. No bottle water/ soda or snorkeling equipment. I was disappointed and ask to be taken back to the hotel. It's definitely not worth $125.

Shady Business Practices. Do Not Book. We had a grouo of 8. We paid and had a confirmation number. When we arrived at 9:00 am, as stated in the confirmation message, we were told they gave our tour away. Apparently, he tried to call us the day before to confirm our booking, but we didn’t receive the call as we were in a cruise ship. Regardless, we had a paid confirmation, he should not have booked another group. At the very least, he should have refunded our money, which he is refusing to do. Clearly, this is his scam to double book and cheat travelers. Read the other complaints. Stay away.

We arrived at the scheduled time and were told that there were no jeeps or guides for our tour. We were offered a 3 wheeled covered motorcycle for a discount and a link to a map on our phone. We tried the 3 wheeled thing but didn't feel comfortable riding this thing on the roads in Curacao, so we returned it. The tour agent tried to offer to help us find another tour to take but we declined. Our fee was returned but our only day in Curacao was basically a bust!

We booked for a group of 8. We paid and received a confirmation email. The day of the tour we had trouble finding the booth, but called Abraham at 8:53am and he directed us to the meeting point. When we arrived at 9:02am he told us he gave our tour away to another group. When asked why, he said we did not answer his phone call the day before and there were people waiting so he gave them the tour. When I told him that I would be requesting a refund he said he would not be giving me a refund because he messaged me on what’s app the day before. This is crazy because we were on a cruise, and did not receive his what’s app message. He did not leave a leave and did not email us, which doesn’t matter because we clearly had a booked, paid for, and confirmed appointment. He scammed us and obviously does this frequently. He gave our tour to another group who also paid him for the same tour that I’d already paid for as well. He is a greedy business person who is refusing to refund me after he was paid twice. Please don’t book with him and Viator, be aware of merchants you deal with and how they treat customers.

We had the best day, renting tut tut and having Irvin drive for us and saw all of the things that we wanted to see! If you are cruising in for the day, try it!

Expectations vs. Reality: Disappointed but Saved by a Great Guide We were expecting clean, well-maintained jeep-like vehicles as shown in the promotional pictures. What we got instead were dirty, rundown “jeeps” with numerous cosmetic and mechanical issues. The backfiring engine was particularly concerning, and the vehicles appeared neglected overall. When we raised our concerns, the tour operator commented that he “couldn’t find anyone to clean them over the holidays.” As a business owner, it’s your responsibility to ensure the vehicles are cleaned and maintained, even if that means doing it yourself when staff isn’t available. Cons: 1. Unsafe and uncomfortable vehicles: • No windshield: When it rained, we were pelted with water. Smiling wasn’t an option—rocks and debris kicked up from the road could easily cause injury. • Seatbelts: While present, they were rusted and either didn’t work or didn’t fit properly. 2. Poor organization: • The tour started 40 minutes late. Based on the owner’s comment about staffing issues, it felt like we were almost forgotten. If you’re unable to staff or organize a tour properly, it’s better to cancel and offer refunds than deliver a subpar experience. 3. Tour pacing: • Spending 2–3 hours driving in these uncomfortable vehicles is not enjoyable. The tour would benefit from fewer stops with longer times at each location. For example, paying $6 for a chair and staying for just 20 minutes feels rushed and wasteful. Pros: The saving grace of this tour was our guide, Irvin. He was phenomenal—knowledgeable, funny, and adaptable to both our interests and the weather. His professionalism and personality turned a disappointing situation into something enjoyable. Final Thoughts: This tour had potential but fell short due to poor management and lack of preparation. The guide was the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better experience.
