Resplan

Awesome experience with amazing views. Well worth a trip
This is by far the worst tour I’ve even on. They take you to cramped islands with things to sell and nothing to do! It’s completely chaotic! The only fun part is the cable car so book this on your own and save yourself a horrible horrible day !
We really went to see and experience the cable car which is some engineering feat and get some really spectacular views .. not for the faint hearted or those with height issues .. it was windy on our journey and did have been holding on tightly at times. Sunset city before the cable car which.. fake Italian town and Thom Hon .. water theme Vietnam does Disney not really our cup of tea, seedy and tacky in our opinion. We booked a private tour and were glad we did so we could dictate our arrival and departure.. be warned the cable car closes between 11.30-13.30 for lunch!! So you can get trapped on the island .. we left before it did 2 hours were more than enough. Guess sunset city is and evening thing as nothing was opened apart from a lot of patisseries.. again hundreds and hundred of apartments built and being constructed here and all over Phu Quoc all Empty and derelict makes you wonder what this place will look like in years to come ..Costa something?
The tour was fantastic and our guide Tracy was amazing. She is very warm, speak good English and very flexible as our kids aren't able to take boat ride so, she sent us to pineapple island after Pearl island so that the kids can spend a longer time at the Waterpark. :)
The day begins with a visit to the pearl farm that was not mentioned in the program. It was almost an hour there. We arrive at the harbour and the guide asks where we want to eat. We chose buffé but had no idea what it was about?! First we went to a place where you could buy extra an experience to "walk on the seabed". As far as I know there was no one in our large group (30-40 people) who participated. The following place took photos and video and you could even swim or buy some activity there. Completely unnecessary commercial place where you could not even drink your own drink, but everything must be bought there. Photos or videos haven't been received yet? Then we went to snorkel. Huge stress when they say to jump fast in now. We put up in the boat and they asked if we can swim. Yep, we can, and then they asked us to jump in from the bow! Unpleasant to jump in when you didn’t have a ladder to come down with, panicked when I couldn’t breathe with the snorkel in the beginning! In a while they said to me and my sister that now we are going up for we are going on. I wondered why, when some hadn't even made it into the water when we were going up. We got into the boat and then came the order to move to the following boat that led us to the place where we were going to eat. We were wet with bikinis on and we will quickly go to another boat!?! There I asked the guide what happens to the next. We are going to eat, he said. The program said we snorkel twice. For us it was only once! The eatery was a large impersonal restaurant with seating for nearly 1,000 people. We went to the bathroom to change dry clothes. After dinner we could walk to the water park next door but we went to the cable car and went back and took our own taxi back to the hotel. Can not recommend this performed for anyone! The money should be returned!
Booked through Booking.com: “4 islands”… we only visited one. It was a nice island, and photos were included in the price; they also made a nice drone video. The second island was cancelled — I didn’t understand why. Maybe because they took us to a boat for underwater walking, which came with extra costs. At the beginning of the trip, the first stop was a pearl farm (not mentioned in the description). The third island was only for snorkeling. I enjoyed the cable car, the photos, and seeing Sunset Town. The worst part of all was the lunch — I think I’ve never eaten anything worse. The place was packed with tourists and felt like a bad cafeteria. To make it worse, the food was cold (spaghetti, noodles, meat, fish…), probably left out for too long. I expected a booked table in a nice place together with the group. The tour guides were lovely, thanks to all of them. Conclusion: Not worth the money. The tour description was not complete, and extra costs should be clearly mentioned in detail.
What a great view, we had rode the cable car back after a 4 island boat tour. Which include lunch and some fun spots to stop and relax.
Cable trip because very beautiful, impressive. The arrival island is completely disfigured by constructions and the amusement park. No more beach access. What a shame!
The tour was cancelled due to stormy in cable car area Gov shut down all speed boats where was supposed to use for islands hop. While we didn’t go tour, the 4 stars was given for customer’s safety. We appreciated it. When we come back next time (not during stormy season), will definitely book this tour again knowing that our safety comes first.
This was one of our best day in Phu Quoc . The cable car experience is out of the world. In guiness book of records it is longest cable car in Asia 7500 mts. It goes over sea and 3 islands and lands us on am island where you can spend day at amusement park and wzter park and have a great buffet anf then come back to Phu Quoc. Veryreasonable all inclusive tkt bought from Klook.
