Combined Safari and Coast trip: we had an absolutely brilliant time, we saw and learned so much and had loads of fun. Albert organised everything expertly from Nairobi before we arrived - we wanted some safari and some time at the coast and Albert adapted and planned everything for us from train tickets to Mombasa, transfers and the brilliant safari with Jared. Jared was so skilled, calm, positive, knowledgeable - the perfect mix of responsive and proactively suggesting timings, routes and ways to work with the spaces and things we could see. The lodges were stunning, brilliant staff and so warm and welcoming everywhere we went. We went during rainy low season, when prices are lower. But somehow managed to miss the rain - very lucky in every way. For the coast part - the train journey was really fun, a change from the 'African massages' of the bumpy roads in the Jeep, and amazing views of Tsavo East and West en route. A new climate at the coast and culturally quite different - brilliant to visit. The lovely hotel the company often uses in DIani Beach near Mombasa was fully booked so we were booked at no extra cost to a super amazing, all inclusive resort with the most fantastic food, staff and facilities - all adjoining a long white sand beach, blue sea and snorkling by the reef. Holiday of a lifetime. Cannot thank Albert and Jared enough.

We had a fantastic 4-day safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara with African Home Adventure Safaris. Communication and organisation was smooth, and our phenomenal guide Jared really elevated the whole experience. His knowledge and expertise together with his kindness and personal approach really made the whole experience very memorable. We would highly recommend.

I booked a 3-night, 4-day Kenya safari for our 10th anniversary with African Home Safaris covering Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara, and it exceeded every expectation. I was responsible for all the planning and had a fixed budget, so choosing the right operator mattered a lot. We selected African Home Safaris based on a friend’s recommendation. Over several weeks, I changed the itinerary multiple times due to shifting plans, and Albert handled every change with patience, speed, and complete professionalism. His communication was always timely and polite even when we had payment-related questions. The entire trip was planned seamlessly over WhatsApp. We stayed at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and Zebra Plains Mara River Camp, and thanks to travelling in the off-season, Albert was able to secure us upgrades beyond what our original budget allowed. Both properties were excellent, comfortable, and had great food. Everything was handled end-to-end without us needing to coordinate with the lodges at all. Good to note that Zebra Plains Mara River Camp is outside the Masai Mara Reserve. The views from the Sopa lodge took our breath away. I have to say, the guide makes or breaks the trip. Our guide Jared is exceptional. He stayed with us from airport pickup through the entire journey and quickly became a big part of what made this safari so special. He is warm, calm, endlessly positive, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. His wildlife spotting skills are outstanding. Sometimes I felt animals would appear out of nowhere, and it felt like we were inside a Nat Geo documentary. We saw the entire Big Five, including rare sightings of both the leopard, black and white rhinos, along with elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras. After the first day I started losing count and began listing them down. We saw more than 35 animals and birds in 3 days!! We were late most mornings (incl. after a delayed flight on day one), yet he never once made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He seemed to instinctively know where animals would move leading to unforgettable moments where lions and even a shy black rhino crossed right in front of our vehicle. The vehicle was a huge 8 seater and was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. His driving was confident and smooth despite challenging road conditions after rain, and we always felt safe. I jokingly told him he should have been a Rally Race driver. I’ve done a safari before in Tanzania, and even with that comparison, this experience felt extraordinary. We saw more wildlife in three days than I thought was possible. African Home Safaris delivered exceptional value for money, and the experience we had far exceeded what we expected at our budget level. I am already recommending them to everyone I know. Jared was an excellent guide, he made us feel totally safe from the moment we arrived in Nairobi. He made our experience so much better by his good vibe, his passion for his work and how good he was at answering our questions. We could easily see that he knew his stuff very well and it was a pleasure for him to answer everything we asked and more. He was also an excellent driver and always took the time to stop at the best spots so that we had time to look at the animals and take the best pictures. Jared always made sure we were well everywhere we were. Finally, all the employees there were so nice with us, the jeep was amazing, the tents were really comfortable and the food was good. We really recommend it.

We had a great safari with Kennedy, who is a good driver, very respectful and careful. He's very good at spotting animals and giving us information on each one. The speed of the safari was perfect, so we had plenty of time to take in the scenery. We recommend it!

I chose this trip because the affordability allowed me to take a student I am sponsoring, her aunt and a late wonderful addition of her 4 year old son. Jared was our guide and I highly recommend him. He was attentive to all of us - engaging with the 4 year old up to my 67 years. He was an excellent driver, and kept us safe during heavy rains/mud and traffic. We were able to see many animals. Jared was accommodating; turning off the radio so we could really 'hear' the bush, and also catering to my vegetarian diet. The accommodations at Enchoro Wildlife Camp were clean and comfortable. The staff was gracious and eager to please, as was the staff of African Home Adventures. This was my 7th, and likely final trip to Kenya. Thank you to Jared, and Enchoro Wildlife Camp for helping to make this trip a successful first introduction for my Kenyan friends to the richness of Kenyan wildlife and wild spaces. A final note; please call for an enforcement of a litter ordnance for the park. The litter is an eyesore, dangerous for animals, and a huge contributor to the clogged gutters which led to disastrous flooding.

Super Africa Wildlife and Adventure Safaris provided an unforgettable three-week journey through East Africa. The wildlife encounters were simply exceptional. From the vast herds of wildebeest in the Serengeti to the majestic elephants of Amboseli, every moment felt like a scene from a nature documentary. The guides' knowledge and expertise added a rich layer to the experience.

Our guides Kenneth and Jared were outstanding in their handling of our 4 day trip. Be prepared for long bumpy drives but the effort is definitely worth it for the experience of seeing such magnificent wildlife in their natural habitat. Kenneth taught us so much, not just about the animals and their behaviours but Kenyan culture and life too, whilst Jared was an expert driver, not only in the wilderness but also in the crazy Nairobi traffic. All in all a fantastic unforgettable experience! P.s water and meals provided but suggest taking extra snacks and drinks for the long drives!
