My experience with Jordan Horizon Tours ( Aida ) was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. I give them 5 stars and 100% for professionalism, organization, and customer service. They created the trip of my dreams and handled every single detail perfectly from the moment I arrived until the end of my journey. A very special thank you to our tour guide, Sami, who was truly outstanding. His knowledge, kindness, patience, and professionalism made this experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond every day to make sure everything was perfect. The hotels selected were amazing, the service was first-class, and the entire itinerary was organized flawlessly. Also, the driver was incredibly professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the whole trip, making us feel safe and comfortable at all times. Jordan became even more beautiful because of the way this company treated us. If you are planning a trip to Jordan and want a luxury-level experience with peace of mind, I highly recommend Jordan Horizon Travel�. They truly exceeded all my expectations and gave me memories that will last forever.

Romi Badarneh made our trip save and exciting and happy. He is professional,caring and polite.We had an amazing time full of laughter and joy. The tour was well organised. We could take time and enjoy with no hurry. We always had interesting conversation, his Englich is excellent too. Thanks a lot!
