We had an amazing experience on this well organised tour. Communication was excellent and our driver Ram was exceptional! We had good food options and nice hotels. Having a driver helped a lot and guides were great.
We had an amazing experience on this well organised tour. Communication was excellent and our driver Ram was exceptional! We had good food options and nice hotels. Having a driver helped a lot and guides were great.
We were picked up by our driver, Mr RamNiwas, as soon as we left we knew we would be in safe hands! He is a very safe and smart driver, who knew directions without even GPS 😳 We also had a guide (Singh) for Jaipur, and we visited all the local sights, we loved the Hawamahal, make sure you cross the road to get a better picture, and also there were snake charmers there!! We stayed at The Fern, Jaipur Next day, Mr Ram was on time to collect us, about 3 hours drive with a stop along the way, and arrived at The Tigers Den, checked in and then we were off on a safari, our group actually saw a male tiger walking about 100m from our vehicle, so we sat quietly watching it mark its territory! Also saw a Black Bear, antelope, peacocks, monkeys, wild boar, crocodiles, and much more. Dinner was a buffet at our hotel. Then we had a 6 hour drive to Udaipur, once we checked in, our driver Mr Ram, picked us up, took us to a special place on the lake, then dropped us off at a local restaurant for dinner, this wasn’t included but we appreciated it as hotel food can be quite expensive and we were a fair way out from and local restaurants. The 4th day, were were collected, once again in a clean car, Mr Ram washing the car overnight, and went to City Palace where we met a guide who took us into the Palace grounds, and then we did a boat ride around Lake Pichola, beautiful, and then back with the guide to a temple. Our driver, Mr Ram Niwas then took us to an area where we met another transportation to get to our next hotel, and this was the end of our tour, Mr Ram was always prompt in picking us up! Absolutely great time!
