Gör dig redo att omfamna det argentinska kökets magi i en varm, vänlig miljö – där varje uppståndelse, kotlett och sjudning blir en oförglömlig kväll fylld av kontakter som du inte hittar på någon restaurang i Mendoza. Här lär du dig att laga 7 matrecept centrerade kring Argentinas smaker, samtidigt som du smuttar på Högst rankade viner. Vi ska mötas upp i min lägenhet, knapra på lokala snacks och smutta på Vermuth cocktails, och sätta igång att laga mat! Lektionen kommer att pågå i ca 3 timmar och bestå av matlagning, umgänge, ätande och ärligt talat förmodligen lite spill och skratt! Vi lagar och äter 7 rätter som består av 2 förrätter, 1 huvudrätt, 1 sida, 1 efterrätt, och all-you-care att dricka vin från en närliggande vingård där jag arbetar som sommelier (vi har också alkoholfria drycker om det behövs). När lektionen är över kan ni alla förgrena er till resten av er otroliga kväll i Mendoza med full mage och eventuellt några nya vänner att utforska med!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.

It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.
