Du kommer att flyta runt i Rom med våra bekväma sköldpaddsbilar. Du kommer att utforska skrymslen och vrår av den eviga staden utanför den upptrampade stigen. Skräddarsy gärna din rutt som du vill. Efter att vi har hämtat upp dig på ditt boende i Rom, tar vi emot dig säkert ombord på GolfCar. Vi börjar köra genom Roms skrymslen och vrår. Din privata guide ger dig all information om torg, fontäner, tempel, kyrkor du ser. Det första torget du kommer att möta kommer att vara den imponerande Piazza Venezia, dominerad av den viktorianska. Ena sidan av Piazza är platsen för Italiens grav av den okände soldaten, "Altare della Patria", en del av monumentet till Vittorio Emanuele II, den första kungen av Italien.
Efter att ha passerat genom den spektakulära gatan i Imperial Fora, kommer du att stå inför det tusenåriga imponerande scenariot av dess majestät, Colosseum. Du kommer sakta att köra runt Gladiatorernas arena. Inget bättre sätt att beundra en sådan solid och odödlig arkitektur. Vi kan också stanna på Colosseum-terrassen för att ta några bilder om du vill.
När vi kör ut från Colosseumtorget kommer vi att bege oss ut från den upptrampade stigen mot fler arkeologiska höjdpunkter. Du kommer att se Costantins båge, den enorma Palatinskullen, akvedukten byggd av Nero och den största underhållningsbyggnad som någonsin byggts, Circus Maximus.
Vi märker nu på avstånd omkretsen av det gigantiska termalbadet byggt av kejsaren Caracalla. Vi slutar, det är dags att lära sig något mer om romarnas livsstil genom din guides ord.
Tillbaka ombord på din lilla sköldpaddsbil kommer du nu att åka söderut. Nedsänkt i lugnet i en grön och tyst bubbla kommer du att inse att vi kör på den äldsta gatan som någonsin byggts, Via Appia. Vi kommer att stanna för lite historisk information och några minnesvärda bilder.
Låt oss köra runt Roms odödliga mur tills vi når en pyramid. Ja, en 2 tusen år gammal pyramid mitt i den moderna romerska trafiken. Din guide kommer att glädja dig med sin berättelse.
Nu är det äntligen dags för en caffè, gelato, cappuccino, cornetto, vin eller vad du nu vill. Efter ett par timmars historia och arkeologiska höjdpunkter förtjänar du en paus!
När vi kör igen i vår roliga bil landar vi på toppen av Aventine Hill, redo att beundra skönheten i Orange Garden med dess fantastiska utsikt över Rom. Med ögonen och hjärtat fullt av alla romerska vackra fläckar du har sett tar vi dig tillbaka till den avlämningsadress du angav.

Just finished the tour with Marco. It was the evening private tour and it was an enclosed golf cart car so it was lovely and out of the elements. Marco was fabulous he was very knowledgable and entertaining.He took us for coffee and pastries at his favourite bakery. we went all over Rome it was really, really good. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this to anyone especially in his little car thanks again, Marco

This was an amazing way to see a lot in a morning! Because the cart could go where buses could not we saw far more of ‘real Rome’. Andi, our guide was so knowledgeable and told us loads of interesting facts. We were so lucky to have such a knowledgeable and lovely guide. Thank you! The coffee stop was also great. We would not hesitate to recommend this trip and would certainly do it again if available in other cities or if we return to Rome.

This was the perfect way to see all the sights and learn some interesting information about Rome, without having to walk miles. Our guide was excellent (I'm so sorry I don't recall his name). He took us to some beautiful places we would had never known about. He was knowledgeable, kind and a good driver. Highly recommend.

What a treat! The best way to see real Italian life-from the back of a horse! We traversed through towns on sidewalks and roads, up and down a few mountains through park trails and saw some memorable sights. Don’t worry about the steep and rocky terrain, these horses are 4 wheel drive, not to mention quiet and happy to be working. Our guides exuded real Italian warmth. I would ride with them again and again. God willing I will return to this blessed part of the world.
With only a day to visit Rome my husband and I were totally impressed with the electric golf cart tour as well as our guide Riccardo! It was easy to book the tour and Valerio, one of the owners, was very helpful with locating a parking garage we could book and pay for in advance. Riccardo met us at the car park and was extremely flexible with what we could see and do while on the tour. This is not a cookie cutter tour - we were able to avoid crowds of tourists and see most of the important sites in Rome during the 3 hour tour. We were treated to a drink and sandwich a couple of hours in! Highly recommend this tour to get the most of a day in the city or to get your bearings in anticipation of a longer visit. Riccardo spoke perfect English, was very personable, and knew his history of Rome. Grazie!

Fantastic guide, great information, took us to places we would never have seen without him, only issue was buggy broke down 15mins before the end, but guide took us for a short walk by the forum while it was sorted out. it’s not always about the problem, it’s how it’s overcome, and we left two very happy tourists.
We're so glad you enjoyed the tour. But actually the Guide himself unfortunately made a mistake (he miscalculated the energy driving all the tour in a max Power engine. He didn't follow the procedure given). So the car didn't break but he, actually, created the issue. This Is the first time one of our guides did such a bad mistake. We're Sorry. He won't be anymore involved in that tour.
Our private golf cart tour with Riccardo was fantastic. He picked us up from the hotel on time and showed us the places we wanted to see in Rome and much more! It was super interesting and we were driven through alleys in districts that we would never have reached otherwise. We had lots of photo stops and a short drink/ice cream break in a local bar. We would book it again anytime, not everyone does this tour, top recommendation!
