3-timmars Dubrovnik Countryside ATV/Quad Safari Adventure Tour

Beskrivning
My family had a terrific time. Anton was a great guide. The ATV ride itself was definitely not for the faint of heart the terrian was much more rocky than anticipated. But the overall experience was fun. Dubrovnik is beautiful and it was quite something to see it from the top of the mountain.
The day before the tour, I received a message through Viator confirming the pickup location and time. On the day of the tour, when no one arrived, I sent a message about 10 minutes after our scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. I requested a refund, and later the company responded with an apology. They explained that the driver had mistakenly picked up the wrong people and, by the time they realized the error, it was too late to come back and collect us. They approved a full refund and even offered a complimentary tour the following day, which I chose not to take. I can't comment on the actual tour experience since we never got to participate. However, I do feel that if they had responded more promptly when I first reached out, the situation might have been avoided. While the communication was delayed, I do appreciate that customer service ultimately handled the issue professionally, apologized, and provided a full refund along with an additional goodwill gesture.
An awesome experience! The highlighr of our trip! Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall amazing! Highly recommend!
My teens and I enjoyed this excursion. Great tour guide, cood communication before trip. Comfortable transport and easy to find at pick up spot. I was surprised at the difficulty level of some of the terrain. Doable but more challenging than I expected and I'm pretty adventurous. The views were spectacular at the top and riding through the scenic countryside was lovely. It's a VERY bumpy ride for a passenger during the more rocky parts of the terrain.
My husband and I booked this ATV tour while we were in Dubrovnik on a cruise, and it turned out to be one of the standout experiences of our whole trip. We arranged pickup from Gruž Port, which made things really straightforward, and booking through Viator rather than the cruise line gave us a much more personal and unique day out. We each had our own ATV, which I’d absolutely recommend. Once we set off, the off‑roading got real very quickly. It’s definitely not for the faint‑hearted – some of the climbs and manoeuvres were pretty intense – but that’s exactly what made it so exhilarating. It felt adventurous without ever feeling unsafe. Along the way we had two lovely stops where we could get off, stretch our legs, and take in the most incredible views over Dubrovnik and the Old Town. Those quiet moments, paired with the adrenaline of the ride, made the whole experience feel really special. Highly recommended. We couldn’t have asked for more, and it ended up being a real highlight of our time in Croatia.
My husband and I booked this ATV experience while we were on a cruise, and it ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our entire holiday. We arranged pickup directly from Gruž Port, which made everything really easy, and booking through Viator instead of the cruise line gave us a much more personal and unique experience. We each had our own ATV (so much better than sharing), and once we set off, the adventure really began. The off‑roading is no joke – it’s definitely not for the faint‑hearted!!! Some of the climbs and manoeuvres were pretty intense, but that was exactly what made it such an incredible thrill. We felt completely safe, but also like we were doing something bold and exciting. We had two brilliant stops along the way where we could hop off, catch our breath, and take in the most breathtaking views of Dubrovnik and the Old Town. Those moments alone were worth the trip. Highly recommended. We couldn’t have asked for more, and this ended up being a huge highlight of our time in Croatia.
The views are the best part, so I wouldn’t do this if you’re already planning on going up for zip line, cable car, etc. The guide Andro was very nice and the best part of the day. The pickup service is very helpful.
No fun, no excitement. It's good for elderly people or women, but otherwise, you drive at 12 mph the whole time.
We understand that our tour may not be suitable for guests looking for a racing experience. However, our activity is designed as a guided off-road adventure focused on enjoying nature, exploring the terrain, and ensuring the safety of all participants—not as a speed competition. Regarding your comment that the tour is "good for older people or women," we find this remark both inappropriate and disrespectful. Enjoying an outdoor adventure has nothing to do with age or gender, and suggesting otherwise relies on outdated stereotypes that do not reflect the values of our company or the diverse range of guests who enjoy our tours every day. As for the speed, driving approximately 20 km/h on rocky off-road terrain is not only normal but often more than sufficient to ensure both safety and enjoyment. Responsible off-road driving is about control and experience, not about how fast a vehicle can go. We welcome constructive criticism and are always looking to improve. Unfortunately, comments based on gender stereotypes and unrealistic expectations of an off-road sightseeing tour do not provide useful feedback for future guests. We wish you all the best in finding an activity that better matches your expectations—perhaps one specifically designed for high-speed driving rather than guided adventure tourism.
Antun was an excellent guide and was very good given we were novices. The views were spectacular. We had an enjoyable afternoon out that enabled us to view Dubrovnik from a different vantage point. Thankyou.
It was a really good experience, we had a small group and it was a decent mix of roads and some good off road. Stopped off for some spectacular views of the old city and at the top of the cable car. The guide was a really nice chap and I would say well worth the money.
